I get a pick 2 with French Onion Soup. She gives me a bowl of Onion soup. This is just onion soup. She said yes it’s onion soup. I said I ordered “French onion soup”. Where’s the cheese? She said “oh you want cheese?” I said “…and the croutons”. She says we don’t have cheese. Someone whispers in her ear and she comes out and sprinkles a little cheese on the soup and says do you want the croutons inside (which are the small Caesar salad croutons). I said “yeah, that’s French onion soup and I need more cheese”. That’s just terrible service. They don’t know how to make their own French onion soup? Another girl next to her was confused too. SMH. Last time here.

The store has went to shit. They ALWAYS forget something especially if you order more than one meal. Today my husband got a baguette with mold which is crazy considering everything is supposed to be “made fresh” and of course like usual they forgot half the meal.

My husband and I went there cause i love the soup but this time I will never come back to this location since the stuff seems more interested in chatting than doing there best customer service, and cleaning the dishes, our silverware was dirty and so was the plates. Dont forget the bread was so hard that you could have broken the table with it. That is supposed to be fresh but this wasnt. Just all around nasty and will never return to that location and advice anyone to look at there dishes before they sit down to make sure its clean correctly. Huge food safey issue!!

I've only visited this Orlando location near the hospital a couple of times. The layout provides a different atmosphere from other locations, but the food and service equals those closer to where I live.

I tried searching through my receipt and the Panera website for a place to leave feedback or a review. No where to be found. So here we are. The receipt only tells you how to join their rewards program. The food here has consistently been decent. Today, service was just ok. It’s often hit or miss here for service. My order was missing items for which I had to go back twice to have corrected. The parking area outside is extremely dimly lit. Other than wondering if it is open, it does not give a safe and inviting feel being so dark. I would be concerned for my kids or mother to dine here in the evening if they’re on their own.

Went through drive through. It took 15 mins for the car in front of me and myself got our food. I checked the bag and they had forgotten my cookies. After finally getting home with food both my soups were only half filled. Really wish this location was up to Panera Breads standard.

I understand how annoying it is for customers to walk in five minutes before closing time. However, that's what the hours of operations are for. I went in 5 minutes before closing, not knowing they closed earlier on Sundays, and was absolutely refused service. I would've been more than happy to have taken It home, but we were not even given that option. Will never go to this panera again.
