So every time I have come here something has always been slightly wrong
Hair in the soup, bread has been stale, meat on the veggitation order.
Honestly the place feels badly managed and the staff lazy. There are other panera's within 12 minute drive and I just avoid this one.

I really enjoy having a lunch with my family in Panera but overall prices are going outrageous and portions are smaller than usual. They expect you to get full with less soup and meat and much more bread with soup and salad :) I think it is too much to spend over 50 bucks for soup and salad and drinks for family of 2 adults and a kid

Wonderful service at this Panera location. Staff is very friendly and nice. It's spacious and clean too. My favorite is always the U Pick 2 and as for beverages, their lattes are amazing.

I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese on sour dough sandwich. It turned out to be only half a sandwich. Since I wasn't charged 1/2 price, I guess that this must be a sign of the times.

This place is terrible. The drive through never understands the order, they don’t know the menu or what items are available, and they look at you like you are crazy. I used to enjoy it here and it’s completely ruined. Chain restaurants hire anyone and they are not customer friendly.
Nice and large Panera! The people were very warm and welcoming! I really love the drive thru and the space inside.

I ordered a bagel with butter and cream cheese toasted I got the bagel it was toasted they didn't give me no butter then they gave me butter on the side and cream cheese isn't the butter and cream cheese supposed to be on the bagel? I'll make sure I never go there again
