THINK TWICE before visiting this store. I ordered a large size latte but only got 2/3 of the latte. After I complained about it, the manager offered to fill it up with milk, which I disagreed. Finally, they filled it up. The management is very mean, refusing to give out a spare hot water cup. The staff needs to get manager approval for me to get hot water using my own cup.

Yall served me burnt soup and have the nerve to act like I'm lying....your employees are ridiculous, why would I bring the soup back if this was going to be the outcome. I don't care if it's that day or next day. I spent my money, you gave me soup that was burnt, you close at 8.so who was I going to give the soup to. The front door. To the employee with the side smirk you are ridiculous

I’ve noticed that the restroom often smells unpleasant, almost like it’s not mopped or cleaned properly. This makes it uncomfortable to use. The staff were quite loud today, even louder than the music, which made me wonder if something was going on. It seemed like a group of them were playing around in the back.

This pace does not work!!! 2 coffees and a bagel after 30 min of said we never placed the order ask me for my received but the cashier never gave it to me, cashier said “ that is not my problem, deal with the kitchen. And the person in charged of the kitchen who was heavy set and with short hair, and glasses, sorry my screen is too too full with phone orders / app orders you need to understand. Fatal! No funciona!
Not sure what is going on with Panera! This location in particular, the worst one! 35 minutes waiting for a simple order, the lady running the kitchen had a really bad attitude. Don't even bother to try this location, there are better options around the area.
