Very slow team, took over ten minutes for one person to get their order in
Very poor service from store supervisor Kathryn. Staff was very nice. Came in for a double toasted bagel, egg whites and cheddar breakfast sandwich. Realized it was not toasted as requested. Took it back to the counter and requested to have it toasted again. Kathryn was very rude. Stated she could not take it back because it had left the food counter which is understandable due to food safety rules. Told me to put it in the microwave. I refused because I wanted it toasted. She proceeded to give me a hard time but made me another sandwich which was barely toasted. Didn't bother to ask for another one. The cashier (Vivian) and Carmen, who offered to make me another sandwich, were very helpful and polite. I have been a customer of Panera for at least 10 years or more. I do not appreciate being mistreated or made to feel discriminated because of my religious preferences. Very disappointed

Most people come here to work/study... why are you playing POP music so loud????? At least play some quiet chill music. It's overstimulating.

The sip club is great but coffee tends to be warm instead of hot and takes forever to get refilled when empty. People who work there are very friendly which wasn't the case a year ago. A welcome change.

The staff here were very unfriendly, and the pickup process was confusing and inconvenient. Instead of placing finished orders on the counter for customers to collect, you have to get them directly from the staff. When I went to the preparation area to wait for my order, one staff member told me to go to the counter. But when I did, another staff member said I was not allowed there. There were no signs indicating this rule, so I had no way of knowing. On top of that, I was mocked by the staff, which felt very disrespectful.
This kind of pickup system is really inconvenient, and the staff’s attitude made the experience even worse. Not every bakery treats its customers this way, and it was very disappointing.

The store was super nice and clean, the personal was very attentive. Food was delicious and the smoothies are best. The manager Mayra took a really good care of us personally. I'm going to recommend this special store location. Thanks!! ✨️
