Panera Bread Reviews

She (Lexi- team leader) forgot the bread that comes with the soup. Not a problem I’ll go up tell them I didn’t receive it. She proceeded to question me like I was lying. She asked for my name, in which she proceeded to look for the receipt. Said nothing and gave me the bread without a plate, box or wax paper. Then the boy that was passing...read full review

Panera Bread is a consistently good restaurant with a friendly staff and few order errors. Customers have had positive experiences, including receiving extra birthday freebies and having their orders fulfilled even when visiting close to closing time. The mobile order pickup process can be inconsistent, but the food is generally of good quality, though there was one instance of an undercooked item.
This location in Waterford looks well-maintained and seems to be a favorite among locals, with some customers even using the space to work on their laptops. The self-service kiosks are easy to use, and the wait time is minimal. While parking can be a bit of a challenge in the area, the ample space inside the restaurant makes up for it.
The food ordering process is straightforward, with the option to use electronic payment, including Apple Pay. Customers have reported mixed experiences with the menu items, with the Mediterranean grains salad being described as light on dressing and difficult to finish, and the baguette being served cold. However, the iced latte was deemed decent.
