Ask the guy at the Counter how good new chili is, it’s pretty good he said. This was the Worst SLOP anyone can serve a human being. Just ask to try it first. Trust me. Even though it had a Hormel Chili taste I’d have rather had Hormel Chili. We are Simply done with you Panera I exchanged it for the Broccoli cheddar and it was so watered down I couldn’t eat it. VERY OVERPRICED! DONE!!! Save your money and go to Road house! We will no Longer be attending Panera NASTY!

This location is constantly missing items and has poor customer service
Continually disappointed with this Panera. Every time we go, we experience some kind of issue. Just got home with bagels and this is how they cut them. They also just throw them all loose into a bag with cream cheese that you have to put on yourself. Panera has gone way down hill, especially the Lake Nona one. I wish the management would care enough to train and oversee these high school students and raise the bar of excellence. Come on Panera; you can do better than this.
