I went to this place on Friday; I liked the people in there ngl the service was 10/10 but what I didn't like was the drive thru, for some reason one guy was making some sounds that actually sounded like moanings, my children in the car were honestly kinda confused and i had to explain them what those sounds meant that situation made everyone in the car really unconfortable but its okay.

Came to Panera to get a coffee and bagel. They have a wide selection of pastries, coffees, breakfast offerings, lunch offerings. You can get soup, salad, bowls, etc... An overall in-depth menu with many options. Everything is affordable and reasonably priced.

I think they need to step up their quality assurance in the drive thru. Very disappointing, my order is always wrong. And the staff could not be any more unhappy. The food is way too expensive to be consistently disappointed. I’ve been three times in the past three weeks and literally every order is incorrect and I don’t want to keep reaching out to customer service. Unfortunately we’ll just have to find a new pregnancy craving.

Lake Nona, FL. Better salads this summer; smaller dining area; good customer service skills; loud music hindered our group conversations.

There were twelve of us who met here on a Wednesday night recently. We put four tables together. The restaurant wasn’t crowded at all.

I loved my seasonal Italian Market Salad with soppresata (a kind of salami), garbanzo beans, shredded Asiago, chopped fresh basil and Italian dressing on greens. I asked for no croutons and my salad came as ordered. If you are avoiding carbs like I am, be warned: salads come with an amazingly great-tasting freshly baked roll with butter! So, while I avoided the croutons, I could not resist that roll! It was scrumptious, truth be told.

This is an older Panera, not as nice as the newer one in Davenport off the I-4. But my Steve comes here often for the sesame bagels (and probably Panera’s cinnamon rolls, but he wouldn’t confess that).

The most pitiful salad I've gotten at a Panera. Two full size order salads not even half way full in bowl. Never again would I go to this panera.

I ordered a combo, which I specified without mayonnaise. One of the sandwiches (made by Tristan or something) had mayonnaise. Javier made the other sandwich. He was super friendly. He made me feel happy, fue verlo and I felt a positive and harmonious vibe.

We came here for lunch with the family after church. The young lady that took our order (Sandra) was great. She was so patient and sweet with the kids even though my kids were pretty wound up and running around. We will come back again
