I came to purchase a sour dough loaf of bread and I was told that I can't purchase one because it is the last one there and apparently they need it for the line food but the bread was just sitting on the top counter with the other breads. This is a first I've heard of panera not selling bread. I mean isn't it a point for them to sell bread ? Cuz it is called Panera bread. So 1 star from me for not selling me something they are known to sell.

Go to any other Panera in the area. There are several. This Panera is always dirty, and they allow the homeless to panhandle and ask for money. I have been here multiple times, and it’s always the same.

Terrible management, Mistie the gm extremely rude and does not train employees right, Azalia disrespectful and shows favoritism toxic workplace, cheap, and disgusting. Food was sloppy given a sandwich with the wrong bread middle of the day, how could it run out? Barely any meat and employees are not being trained right clearly, older employees are just downright mean and way to comfortable? Wasnt given utensils and apple was old.
So thankful for the staff of this Panera. I ordered for delivery today, and as usual, DoorDash screwed everything up. I called, they offered to remake my food and handle the DoorDash debacle themselves. :)

So, I will be honest, I stopped being a fan of Panera because the last couple times I got the grilled cheese the bread was so hard and greasy. It felt like the entire sandwich was all crust. (It wasn't this location.) My daughter convinced me to give this location a try. I am so glad I did. I ordered my fave combo, tomato soup and grilled cheese. They made that grilled cheese PERFECT. It was soft, not greasy and so delicious. Of course, the tomato soup is always good. They had this drink: PASSION PAPAYA ICED GREEN TEA and it was delicious. It's always clean and comfortable in Panera. The staff is always friendly, nice and helpful. I will definitely be back.
