This particular location (Vineland Avenue near Queen of Universe Church and the outlet mall in Orlando) is suffering from pandemic limitations especially employee staffing. Picked up on order the other day (October 2021) and they had front entrance blocked off presumably due to staffing shortage. Handed my order to me at the door. Many items were out of stock. Since pandemic began they have discontinued the smaller size loaves of bread and my cinnamon chip scones (although those two may be systemic changes). Panera is not weathering the pandemic as well as some other food service businesses and this location is particularly hard hit. To be fair, pre-pandemic, it was an excellently well run location. The franchise holder also has the SeaWorld location and the location next to Shake Shack at Mall of the Millennium which are still very well run. SeaWorld location has drive up window. Call ahead or check the app to insure availability of your order.

We had 1/2 tuna sandwich and a bowl of their yummy mac & cheese. Everything was made to perfection and mouth watering.

Prepare for miniaturized servings and long wait time. I have never seen a sandwich so tiny. It was very disappointing and very expensive for what was provided.

This Panera Bread could use some customer service training for its new employees. The person spoke English but couldn't understand it. The food was not prepared as usual. Everything appeared to be precooked and heated for customer. Coffee was not hot and they gave no attention to it. At 10am they had no Soufflés and the cashier communicated it ineffectively. My previous experiences with Panera Bread was never like this one. Not Good! Positive Note: the Resturant had a clean environment!

I give this location a two stars ONLY because the location outside and inside was clean. I had an experience that was less than acceptable from all other Panera Breads. The wait staff was unfriendly and uncertain. He did not understand the menu or know what was on the menu. He had to get help from others. The hazelnut coffee was cold. I had to microwave it twice. I had the chipotle chicken, egg and avocado wrap. It didn't come out hot and didn't have a noticeable amount of chicken. The eggs came out prepared as if they sitting around from yesterday. At the end of the day, I knew that I should have walked out and tried them on another day like I started to. BTW, I wanted a soufflé but they didn't have them which is another reason I should have walked out and tried them another day.

They finally changed store manager. Things are getting better slowly

Food was good, but I’ve had a better experience at other Paneras. First off, there’s no kiosks. I love ordering on the kiosks and just sitting down and waiting to hear my name or someone bringing me my order. Then I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a Asiago bagel. I was asked if wanted my egg to be over easy or scrambled. I said over easy, but it came over hard. And my bacon was all scrunched up in the middle instead of nicely spread out like I’ve gotten at other Paneras. My sons sandwich (he got sausage with over easy egg) was also over hard.Over all the place was clean and the employees were courteous and I had a pleasant experience.

Underwhelming. It was nice that there are a lot of unlimited drink choices including iced coffee. Onion soup was gross. I'd rather eat at McDonald's. And price is high here!

This Panera Bread might have been the worst I've ever been to. At the register there was a guy most likely a teen named Jeremiah , who proceeded to try to short change me thankfully my cousin told him and he gave the whole change back. No managers were around so I could not report him please have a word with him!

I always get the two for two special. Everything is always fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and nice. I would recommend.

Service is okay, food is poor. When did the quality of Panera food get so poor (yet the prices keep rising)? So sad - I wish the old Panera was back and they cared more about buying high quality, fresh food than rushing everything out from plastic bags. Yuck.

Out of bread... really??? its Panera ... Charged for extra bacon but didn't give me the bacon until we asked. At that point it was tossed in the microwave and thrown on the sandwich. Why don't you have bread bowls I don't understand your Panera bread you would think you would have bread bowls. Out of half of the soups don't have certain ingredients so you can't have certain salads.. wish I had read the reviews before going there for an order.
