I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Panera Bread location. I stood for 10 minutes right in front of the register, waiting to place my order, and was completely ignored by two female employees and one male employee. They walked by multiple times and didn’t even acknowledge my presence.
Not a single “I’ll be right with you” — nothing. Just total disregard and unprofessionalism. Because of this level of service, I will not be returning, and honestly, it’s easy to understand why Starbucks is so much more successful: they actually treat their customers with respect.
Very disappointing.
This location is TRASH. Worst Panera Bread I've ever been to. They give you a salad 1/3 full with wilted lettuce and the soup was half full. What a waste of money. I'll never utilize this location again. I'll call corporate cause this is unacceptable. Rising food costs and higher prices doesn't mean less portions or wilted lettuce

It’s 10/26 5:39pm. The kids here are absolutely sweet, kind, polite and respectful. They are welcoming and communicative. One of the kids gave us extra bread, the other made me coffee even tho they are closing in 30 mins and the girl working is very sweet. They are cleaning, emptying the trash- just being very hardworking. I really appreciate you all. Continue to work hard and go after what you love in life. with your personalities, the world is literally yours. Thank you!!!

Ashley was rude I didn’t even want to order after speaking with her
Very disappointed with my experience. I was not notified that I would receive my order through door dash. If there is a third party involved, that should be stated so that customers can choose if they would like to order with third parties involved. My food was set to come over 2 hours after I submitted my order. I completely missed my lunch and spent the day hungry due to their inability to be transparent. If I had known there was a third party involved and it would take that long, I would not have ordered at all. Hey used to deliver themselves and be very quick so that’s why I ordered with them. The manager was very helpful so that’s why I even put two stars in the first place but a refund does not change the fact that I spent my lunch break at work hungry staring at a screen waiting for my food.
Stuff is very depressive and not nice. Didn’t ask about options for chips or fruit. Just gave bread. (((

Friendly staff , tuna sandwich, chicken salad sandwiches for lunch. Very good. Men's bathroom very dirty. Manager needs y to o get on it. Think how it reflects on experience and dining in place.

Highway Robbery!!
How do you justify this? The salad is laughably small and the half sandwich was ok. The complimentary sample of bread was a rock. I have been ordering this exact meal for 10 years. $18.21 ??? How dare you. I’m done. I regret not going home and making a pbj.

Weirdest experience ever. I picked 2. I'm like I always do I ordered a salad in a sandwich.They gave me two sandwiches 🤣. I wasn't given a choice between bread or an apple.Instead they gave me potato chips??? Then one of the staff members squealed like a pig where they were cooking. ? I have no idea if i'm never coming back. Just didn't care for it.

Every time my Wife and I go to Panera the staff are very rude to us,
They are nasty and mean towards their customers. Especially their regulars.
From what I've heard, they have terrible management and fire their employees for no reason.
Obviously they don't care about other people.
My Wife and I used to be regulars.
We are members of the sip club.
Today we got trespassed for no reason.
Nobody warned us.
A cop randomly showed up and walked us out.
I would like to have the number to corporate so I can also talk to them about the racism and prejudice within the staff members.
I have never ate at a restaurant with such terrible customer service and management.
