I did drive-through for this location around 4:25pm today, but I accidentally confused two different menu items when I ordered and said the wrong thing. The girl at the window was so kind when I let her know I meant to order a sandwich and not the salad. She said it might be a moment, but she had them make my sandwich and even gave me a free pumpkin cookie for the wait. Absolutely made my day with her thoughtful service.

Very Disappointed with the Service
I usually enjoy Panera because of their reputation for quality and good customer service, but this visit was truly disappointing. The least you expect when you place and pay for an order is to receive everything you ordered. Unfortunately, when I got home, I realized that part of my order was missing — and this happened just 30 minutes before they closed.
I immediately called the store, hoping they would offer a reasonable solution, but instead, I was told that I could either come back right away to pick up the missing items or return the next day. That response is unacceptable for a business like Panera. Mistakes can happen, but it’s how they handle them that shows professionalism — and this location failed in that regard.
After paying full price and wasting my time at the end of the day, I’m left frustrated and disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and trains their team to double-check orders, especially before closing time.

My Mom had some gift cards and wanted to have dinner, at this Panera location, but we were not sure what the remaining balance was on them, Kyra was so friendly and kind and checked them for us, without any hesitation. Kyra went above and beyond with customer service and made my 83 year old mother feel so extra special!! Our pick 2 was super delicious and Kyra took great pride in preparing it, I highly recommend this location is deserves 5 stars.

Flatbread pizza taste like a lil cuisine frozen pizza(NASTY). There sandwiches are nasty. The chicken noodles soup was a whole bunch of broth with no chicken in it. The green goddess salad is nasty, even the dressing was tasteless. Panera Bread is a rip-off and Way to expensive. The only thing there that's decent is the soups.

This is a cheap miser Panera Beard location! I spend over 50 dollars and every item was half full, half full 8$ smoothie, half full 4oz 8$ soup, barely any meat on the sandwich. Promised a heart shaped cookie for orders over 40$ no cookie! It’s shameful to be this cheap!

I would rather drive a little farther to the panera in apopka. At the millenia location its more expensive, and they serve you significantly smaller portions (at least the salads that i get) plus employees constantly forget ingredients that go in the food. I gave it a couple of chances but its the same every time

Come here often, like this place. I attempted to order their grill cheese sandwich with ham that it’s new on their menu…their manager responded saying that they “dont sale those” even though it was in their menu? Aside from that, not complaints, it’s a regular Panera.
