You can always count on Panera Bread to have soup on chilly days and then some. That's exactly the logic behind our choice to go there for lunch. We wanted something light, fast, and that wouldn't break the bank, given other things we had planned on our trip. For that, this lovely chain was perfect. Got two soups. A broccoli cheddar soup for me, an autumn squash one for him. Not much else to it. It's pretty standard given everything. Note that this location is in a plaza with many other businesses, but that it mainly stands alone. Awesome news as you avoid traffic insanity. I wish I could say the same about going inside, but oh well. Lots of traffic inside as there were lots of people. Luckily the cashiers worked their magic well.

Outstanding place for cafe food. The staff was very sociable and kind. The bill was fair I would say.

Worst Panera ever, place smells dirty, not a good service. Employees have been sitting in a table, playing and joking. The large bowl soup portion was served is paper cup.

Stop hiring these young people who are rude don't want to work. The manager is a awesome woman. Very sweet reliable knows how too speak and greet people. Train your staff or get people who wants to serve and talk too people. Not these illiterate staff you have presently

This is one of the worst experiences I ever have in panera bread, the charge me 34.00 dollar for two whole meals and the give small sizes.

Obviously, this is a very busy place so if you go into it knowing that, you might not be disappointed. Send one of your party to snag a table and have someone else wait in line. Our experience was better than some for that reason. I got the bacon egg and cheese wrap and my husband got the bacon egg and cheese sandwich...everyone else got bagels or muffins. For me, the experience was pretty positive, better than I thought it might be. Our food was good and the coffee was good...the only bad for me was the loudness and how crowded it was but that is to be expected, in my opinion.
