I wish I could give this place 100000 stars!! 🌟🌟🌟 Omg! The staff at this location just literally saved my day! Someone hacked my Panera account & placed an order for delivery... they placed their order to this location, & mind you... I'm in Kentucky. So I called the store, the SWEETEST lady answered and took care of it immediately! She didnt let the order go out, canceled the order immediately & saved me the hassle of calling my credit card company!! Love love love!! Thank you SO much you guys!! I greatly appreciate it!!

Went to the Panera Bread by the Airport 10/05/25 at 8:50p. The young girl at the drive through forgot our drinks. When I reminded her, she literally snapped at me and caught an attitude. I understand that you're 12 years old, but I need you to have a better attitude when you're working, especially when I'm paying $30 for side items and bread 😐😐😐😐. Even went back through the drive thru to ask for her name for this review and everyone turned blind aparently because they acted as if they could not see me. Where's a Jason's Deli when you need one!!!

I ordered a large sweet tea in the drive through. Over $4! When I drove off with my tea, the first 2 drinks were sweet. The restof the drink was unsweetened tea. So I got screwed out of $4 for lousy tea.

I find that Panera healthy choice option is not as good as 5years ago. The soups are now overly salty, with too much cornstarch. Couldn’t have the soup I bought because of the gross amount of salt. Salt can always be added but can’t be taken away, a rule that should be considered in making food. I am disappointed and really would like the company to evaluate its offering to us the consumer.
The food is always great. Service is great but the one thing that’s gonna bring this franchise down it’s the portion size too small how do you get a deep bowl with soup and they only fill it halfway sandwiches are 3 inches long stop being stingy.
