The food took a bit to come out and my girlfriends was missing all the veggies and the cookie was kind of hard especially since it was still warm would have been solid by the time it cooled of totally.

I went to eat a breakfast with my husband and as soon as we entered the store Michawn received us with a smile and a good day! She was very sweet, happy, polite and professional! Congratulations you should have more like her on the stores and you will have the most pleasant environment for the clients and for sure others workers.

Went here because there was like 10 cars at CFA next door so I figured this would be quicker with one customer inside and NONE in the drive through. Boy was I wrong. What should have been no more than 10 minutes has turned into 40+ minutes of waiting after they sent me home with half my order missing and I only ordered ONE you pick two. Girl who handed me the order even told me she was off shift. No wonder she didn’t care if she was handing me the correct items. Came back to drive through and they told me to pull forward and took over five minutes to even come to my car to ask which sandwich I had. No apology at all. Not asking for anything free but it would be nice if they acknowledged that i drove all the way home missing food at THEIR fault. I will never come to this location again. Even if there’s 30 cars at CFA. Won’t take you an hour like it will here.

Good food, but pricey like everywhere. October 2022, the bagels today don't look or taste like they did a few years ago. 2024, this panera is not as good as those around it. Its breakfast souffle is half the size of other local panera stores.
