i used to order from here all the time until they kept messing my order up. the quality of food as gone down so much. the soup barely has any ingredients in it, they don’t listen when you ask them not to include a certain ingredient either. i do not recommend this location or even eating here at all.

But the AC was not working when I visited today so it was crazy hot inside.
AC was completely dead on 07-31-24. Bless the employees here who continued to work despite the extreme heat (it was 91 degrees outside, but with their ovens busy baking, it felt super hot inside).
It was so hot that we had to leave.

I am usually a Panera fan, however, my experience with a couple of them in the Orlando area has not been great recently.Yesterday, May 7, I visited the location at The Grove in Orlando and one of the items I ordered was a caramel latte. They literally gave me a half cup. I did not pay attention because I carried out a couple orders so my hands were full. I was so disappointed when I got home and opened the cup to warm it up. This is totally unacceptable. To make it worse, I had two of them for my daughter and me. They were both half. Please see the photo of my drink.I cannot believe this!

Dayzja was absolutely fantastic! Her customer service really impressed me to the point that I felt the need to come here and say something. The restaurant is very clean and I will be bringing food for my office for many more days to come! Also BRING BACK THE HAM AND SWISS EGG SOUFFLÉ!!!
