No matter how busy or how long the line gets, they manage it with ease, professionalism, and always with a smile. Their breakfast sandwiches used to be so good and we loved their chocolate chip bagels. Now their just ok. They taste dry and not full of flavor. And they no longer have the chocolate chip bagels. Not as good as it used to be.
