Worked from this location. The food was good and fresh. I had the half tomato soup and half grilled cheese. It was very good. Love the fact that they vegetarian options. I gave atmosphere 4/5 because the restrooms could have used a good cleaning.

My first time here. Honestly, I didn't like it. The bagel was poorly baked and heavy. Not tasty at all. The salad was good. The hibiscus drink was very weak in flavour. I don't recommend it and I wouldn't go back.

This is by far the slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. It took them 25 mins to get food for two cars. The car in front of me only had one bag of food and their parking lot was nearly empty. The food was also mediocre. Don’t come to this location for lunch if you’re pressed for time.

Location and food are fine. If you plan to use the drive-thru, do not preorder through the app. You still have to wait behind everyone else who doesn’t preorder. You will be bitter, and your food will be cold.

Service was mediocre. Food was not fresh. Bread was stale. Soup was thick and salty. More staff than customers. However, many tables still dirty. Tea was empty. Not what I have come to expect from this franchise. Pretty disappointed. Will not spend money here again.
So sad to see the downward spiral of Panera. Our salads were soggy and overdressed, tomato soup acidic and bitter. Help was untrained and not customer focused. This will be our last visit to any Panera.

Stopped here for some dinner salads. Used the self order machines which is efficient . The restaurant was not busy. I wasn't impressed by the young male server's hair style which in my opinion should have been tied back. He emerged from the kitchen area - don't think appropriate to have long hair hanging all over like that in a food preparation area. Salads were OK -bread side was like it had just been ripped off a loaf and not in a good way!

Avoid this place. It used to be better managed, but the new management is a failure.
