Iām reviewing based on past experience and most recent. These pizzas look thrown together, like nobody bothered to make sure there was cheese ALL over the bread. I can usually tell when people take pride in their service. This is NOT the place. The last time I came in here someone walked out of the bathroom or back room pulling up their pants over their boxer shorts. And then went on to do his job. Are you kidding me?!? Iāll never come back especially after today. Somebody needs to come do some workshops on taking pride in your job and work ethic.

I ordered 15 pizzas for a birthday party, delivery 7:30pm. They didnāt come. I called. No one picked up. I spent 20 mins on the phone and no one ever answered. No call, text or email on updated time. We didnāt think the pizza was even going to come. My husband drove to the store and missed half of our party. The pizza eventually came 40 minutes late (to a 2 hr party). I called and asked that a manager call me back. No one ever did.

Unfortunately its in a nice area but a Terrible customer service. Don't bother ordering from this place especially in person. No one greeted me or the 4 customers waiting for over 15 minutes. They were unapproachable by their body language and one emoloyee was on her phone texting and browsing never greeeting anyone or initiated a welcome or how may i help you. When I finally had the nerve to ask one of the workers copped an attitude and sneered at me. This is a poorly trained, poorly run papa John's. Go to a different pizza joint or better yet to their direct fast food pizza competition Pizza hut or Dominoes. I give it an F for failure.
Ordered a pizza from this location to have it delivered. Delivery guy shows up and security guard noticed he stood out front of the lobby and got back in the car and drove off with the pizza (Paid For) rather than just leave it and marked as "Delivered". Called the manager and she said they are not responsible because they use Door Dash Delivery.

I asked them for an order of some wings of 8 more than 25 minutes, I told them that I would pick them up and when I arrived I was surprised that my order never arrived. They should be more serious. In the end, it is bad service to the administrators or supervisors. I would tell them to do better. their work and supervise the managers of each store since they will realize that they are giving bad service and the specific store would be 1501 N mills Ave Orlando Fl, 32803 so you can see that I was very specific, I just had surgery and they allowed me to go out of pure pleasure it is not fair I make this comment to you, you know so that they can improve and not play with one's dignity since they provide a terrible service from this day onwards for my Papa Johns Pizza ceases to exist and to the partners I can only tell them what a shame That you trust in disorderly people and you are the ones who do not fail with the payment to the employees, including those who answer the calls, managers, supervisors. Demand better results and you will see the good results since they demand increases from you, ask for good results too, that is what I can humbly tell you.
