I have to give a shout out to Diohalis. I mistakenly ordered regular crust when I ordered on the app but I meant to order thin crust. When I arrived and checked the pizza, I told her they made a mistake but in actuality, I made the mistake. Diohalis was so pleasant and said, it's ok - mistakes happen and made me a fresh pizza. She didn't have to go the extra mile to make a customer happy but she did, which unfortunately is very rare in today's world. Pizza was amazing!! I will be back and hope you give them a try as well.

I waited in line for over 40 minutes, standing right in front of the register, but they all ignored me. All my pickup order had on it was fried oreos, so there’s absolutely no reason for them to ignore me and make me wait that long. I decided to leave after 40 minutes. They even had the audacity to talk to newer people coming in.

Order from Dec 29 was completely wrong. Large stuffed crust came as regular, and a blondie was swapped for a brownie.
Called that day and the manager said he’d comp it with two free medium pizzas and a dessert since we paid cash and couldn’t be refunded.
Called again on Jan 10 and was told the manager never put anything in the system, so they wouldn’t honor it.
If you pay cash and they mess up your order, don’t expect it to be fixed. Not worth the hassle.

I recently bought garlic knots there were 8 in there and most of them were extremely small while only two or three where big you used to be bigger the worst part is I paid nine dollars for some retared disabled garlic knots

I showed up at the estimated ready time and provided my name.
10 minutes goes by and they ask for my name again, suggesting I was at the wrong location. After correcting them, they claim they can’t find the order and begin making a new one from scratch.
After this, they end up finding my original order in the computer. And they LAUGHED about it with me standing right there.
It takes a certain kind of IQ to not even wait for the customer you just costed 30 minutes to leave before cracking up.
