We called ahead for our order and when we arrived we had to wait for the "manager" to stop smoking weed to take our payment, I'm asthmatic and that is a trigger for my asthma. When he arrived I had to get out of the store, which didn't really help because the outside stank like weed as well while my boyfriend did the transaction. Honestly not coming back here again.

Ordering a pizza should relatively easy, but for some reason their call services goes to a foreign country or to someone that just lacks the English linguistic skills to take down an order. The actual establishment itself isn't bad and the pizza is whats to be expected IF YOU CAN GET IT ORDERED. Trying to be understanding with labor costs being what they are... but if its difficult to order food I'd rather just call another pizzeria where I don't have to run a call for +10min

I watched as an employee made the dough for the pizza no gloves another putting toppings on the pizza no gloves and another who was responsible for cutting the pizza but the banana pepper in the box with no gloves no untesils. After answering the phone. Messing with the fridge. And dealing with customers without washing hands. I mean come on its not difficult to know how to keep clean wear gloves while food prepping and cooking. Maintained hand washing. People are eating that food they don't know where your hands have been. I mean honestly we just passed covid it shouldn't be that difficult. For me that is a lack of care for others period.

Dietary restrictions: Well if you are looking to watch your diet and be careful about what you eat pizza is probably not the best food to consume
I placed an order for delivery, and upon receiving it, I noticed that the cheese sticks from my order were missing. I contacted the store and spoke with, I believe, a manager. She informed me that she had personally checked the order before it left the store and everything was correct. However, I did not receive the cheese sticks. She then mentioned that I would be refunded for the missing item, and during the conversation, I assumed she was processing the refund. After saying “one moment,” the call was disconnected.
I called back, and she informed me that the refund would take 24 to 48 hours to process. It has now been over a week, and I have yet to receive the refund.

I just found out tonight that they have again discontinued the Cheesy Burger pizza. I know it was only for a limited time but they implied it would be available throughout the summer. I was only able to order it twice because money is so tight right now.
I loved this pizza SO MUCH, it's pretty much the only reason I ever go to Papa John's. Once in a blue moon I'll go there for the Shaq pizza. I am not trying to be dramatic but my life is extremely stressful and depressing and when this pizza comes out my whole existence revolves around it. I'm tired of these games. Goodbye Papa John's.
I order the two pizza deal , and two extra garlic sauces, I tip even though I pick it up , I get no garlic sauce I get a burned to Freddy Krueger level pizza . Like bro I’ll just go to lazy moon next time . Remember tips are for good service kids ,

I am very disappointed with my visit to this pizzeria. The sign stated that the "Cheeseburger" pizza costs $9.99, but when I came to place my order, the cashier said that this is old information and the pizza now costs $13. This is a clear violation of offer rules, as they are obligated to sell at the price displayed on the sign. The cashier refused to sell the pizza at the advertised price and decided to set his own rules. This was extremely unpleasant, and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
