Worst customer service ever. Ordered delivery for our teen/tween around 12:30am after attending a holiday party during our vacation. Expected delivery 1:45-1:56am - but food was NEVER delivered. Called store just after they closed at 2am to check if we missed the delivery driver and they said a door dash driver had picked it up, no way of tracking the delivery. Guy that answered the phone laughed and joked he hoped our food made it to us in one piece before hanging up.

Ordered pizza it took driver 30 minutes to enter from the gate and to deliver at wrong door. Driver says he rang on the door that he never did and left pizza on the threshold probably neighbors door

I ordered from this location and was expecting a timely delivery. After placing the order, the delivery was switched to doordash. The order arrived late because the driver lied and said he couldn't find the address, but later I found out he was making another delivery first. That wasn't my only problem. The pizzas were cold and burned on the bottom and the dough definitely wasn't fresh. The pictures are attached. I gave 2 stars because the manager Mike offered to make it right. He's refunding my money. I may try them again, but never through delivery because the pizzas wouldn't have been taken out of the store.

Do not get pizza from this place at 11989 S Apopka Vineland Rd in Orlando. Entire family food poisoning, we spent all night on hotel toilet and then too sick to go to theme parks. Ruined our vacation. This Papa John should be closed down. Manager not help and very rude.
