Papa Johns Pizza

NO MENUs! You have to scan some QR(?) code on to your phone to see what they sell !?!!? Well...I don't have a smart (cell) phone...so I walked out. They had no paper menu to order from...so I was physically unable to purchase their products !!! The employees were way too busy chatting among themselves to come to the front counter I was standing at !!! Go to Domino's where they have a laminated menu on the counter AND they seem happy to serve you!.

A doordash delivery driver stole our food but marked it as delivered. When I called the store I spoke to Justin and he was very helpful. Offered to make everything up again and have Moses bring it out to us. Justin was amazing to talk to and deal with. I commend him and hope this review finds the right ears to help Justin to gain a promotion some day. Moses the delivery driver was also amazing in this entire ordeal. Kept in touch with us the entire process and was a true professional. This store has some A+ workers and I just want to acknowledge them.

Poor quality pizza not even cut into proper sizes

Keeps some delivery people waiting longer than expected. It would be nice if the cashier and everyone in the kitchen wore gloves or washed their hands. Not touch the register, boxes, their hat, wipe sweat then grab a dough ball to make more pizzas, then grab veggies with bare hands. Just saying the world shut down over the germs, thought we learned something.

Took forever to be delivered. Driver said meet him in the lobby of hotel. I didn’t tip 25% so that I could go to lobby…but ok. When I got to lobby I texted driver again since he wasn’t there. He responded…15 minutes away. Total time for delivery way over an hour.

This location is insanely understaffed with poor customer service skills. Waited 1.5 hours for pizza only for it to never be delivered. Tried to call and the phone number listed IS NOT FOR THE STORE. It’s for a law firm. Drove to the store for the food, still had to pay again for a reorder and waited almost 2 more hours for the food only for it to be undercooked wings and overcooked garlic knots. There were at least 12 people waiting for food and no one would speak to the customers for 15 minutes. It was honestly terrible. Zero stars would be more appropriate.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered delivery for our teen/tween around 12:30am after attending a holiday party during our vacation. Expected delivery 1:45-1:56am - but food was NEVER delivered. Called store just after they closed at 2am to check if we missed the delivery driver and they said a door dash driver had picked it up, no way of tracking the delivery. Guy that answered the phone laughed and joked he hoped our food made it to us in one piece before hanging up.
