Alfredo chicken pizza is supposed to be well done and square cut, which it is not. Actually, it's less done than my BBQ chicken and bacon pizza. Both pizzas have hardly anything on them. Can't even see any bacon on the BBQ chicken and bacon one. Tried a piece of chicken, and it was cold in the middle. Went in to get them fixed, and the employees acted stupid, while the girl had a really bad attitude. She got snippy and tried saying I didn't pay for extra and the bacon is under the cheese. Clearly not wanting to remake the pizzas and says it'll be 25 minutes for the remake which I'm the only one here the whole time and they Clearly don't have any business today which I can see why. When I walked out to wait on my pizza remake the girl with a bad attitude walked out to get a smoke break. When I got my remakes, the BBQ bacon and chicken pizza, I guess they wanted to be smart since it's has all the Topping just piled in the middle of the pizza instead of spread out any. Don't think I'll be going to Papa John's anymore. It's getting pretty ridiculous trying to get simple orders made to order. Came to this location since they did well in the past, and the location down the street can't ever get the order right either.

The entire staff led by the manager Abigail ( name stated) does not greet customers, the entire staff including the drivers ( heavy set female and older male with missing front teeth) all stand around talking customers not acknowledged and the manager did not apologize nor acknowledge the poor service. The store was not busy and is never busy the other customer next to wearing a green shirt set was surprised at the behavior of the manager and her entire team. I will be filing a complaint with corporate and the health department for her touching the dough and not using proper PPE according to papa John’s corporate standards.Another employee tried to chase me out of the store while I pay for my purchase and when asked to provide his name Abigail stepped in, her behavior reflects the poor service of the store and the team she manages as the store or shift manager .The franchise owner must address this concern as well as corporate and all above .Definitely not please with my experience and expectations that was provided by papa John’s as a franchise.I expect to hear back from someone on this issue.

It took about 5min to someone to acknowledge while 2 guys were talking and laughing in the back. The order was ready to pick up but those guys were too busy with their convo. It took the one and only guy actually working to help me. If those people were management you really need to think about that because their customer service was poor. Props to the guy that actually help me I wish I could rate him for the other two lazy man that made the restaurant look bad

The pizza was delicious! It's just that a " large" is much smaller & flatter than it used to be. We tried the new cheesy calzone epic stuffed crust special. It was really good! Highly recommend! Give it a try!

The worst pizza store I have ever been in my life, I work in pizza stores for 10 I have never seen store like that before, start from the chaser he doesn’t know what to do keep taking about different things don’t pay attention to my order , ask me several times and still get my pizza wrong , people smoke inside , no reset , I pay 52 dollars for 2 pizza with 1 topping in half of one pizza for 52 usd , nothing correct in my pizza , don’t recommend at all specially the cashier he really gives me a hard time and really bad food we trash the pizza

Ordered online at 710pm. Called store at 826pm . Rep. Stated order was sent to door dasher and they picked it up at 824pm . It's now 9:05pm. And still don't have order . I live in development behind store. Very poor customer service. Was also told I couldn't pick my order up

The pizzas always good but everytime I order pick up on the app and wait for the notification to let me know when it’s ready whenever I arrive a little early prior they always tell me it’s not ready

I am normally a big fan of Papa Johns Pizza but the one topping large we picked up for dinner last night was way undercooked. I first noticed the cheese was a little whiter than usual and as we ate it the crust was still doughy rather than the normal crispy.I will give them another try but surely left disappointed on a Friday night.

A very unprofessional manager who ignored the customer and left me waiting for him about 10 minutes after we’ve been talking about my order .Then when I called him to come to me so I can place the order he said I have a lot of work and orders . Very unprofessional manager. He shouldn’t be a manager for a big brand name and kicks the customers off by treating them this way.

Get more and more disappointed every time I order here. Obviously somebody dropped my pizza because it was all mashed up and uneatable because there are no slices it's basically like a messing blob because it slid all to one side of the box. Either I wait an hour and a half to 2 hours for the pizza. Or my pizza is cold or my pizza is left at the front door without anyone knocking or ringing the door bell to let me know it's there and now because of this experience. Won't be ordering here anymore. And if you do always double check the pizza when they hand it to you. ??
