Just made an order online,a 1topping large pizza and 8 chicken wings. The total came to over $42???? That's a joke!! Going straight back to little Ceasars....

The customer service is bad, I placed an order through the app to pick up at 6:15 pm on December 11, 2024 and the app seems to me that it does not work, so I stated that I had to pick up my order in 15 minutes, well. I call the store I explain to the manager he puts me on hold and he didn't help me because I explained what was happening to me he told me many things about why the app works and I informed him that the app has problems and that I am working and I can't search and I ordered at that time and after 6:15 pm what bad service -

Pizza was hot when delivered, driver was very nice. Ordered sausage topping, got 2 small pieces on one slice, 4 on another. You increased your profit margin, by skimping on toppings, lost me as a future customer ever, after my first time ordering from your chain, when I visited family in Orlando Fl.
I'm here to pay and they don't have any change! It turns out that I have to go out and look for change because the inept don't have it! Unpleasant service

Ordered 5 pizzas plus wings and a few sodas around 1 pm to be delivered at 5 pm. 5 comes and goes and delivery guy shows up around 5:20 with only two pizzas and the wings and soda. When I told him I ordered 5 pizzas and asked if he had the rest in the car he got frustrated with me. Said he would be back. Called the store to make sure when he got there he got the correct pizzas I was missing. Got the other three pizzas 45 minutes later. None of them very warm. No offer by management to give even a partial refund. $115 bucks for cold pizza. Never again. I’ll order the pizza I actually enjoy instead of ordering from this place for their “deals”.
