Ordered 5 pizzas plus wings and a few sodas around 1 pm to be delivered at 5 pm. 5 comes and goes and delivery guy shows up around 5:20 with only two pizzas and the wings and soda. When I told him I ordered 5 pizzas and asked if he had the rest in the car he got frustrated with me. Said he would be back. Called the store to make sure when he got there he got the correct pizzas I was missing. Got the other three pizzas 45 minutes later. None of them very warm. No offer by management to give even a partial refund. $115 bucks for cold pizza. Never again. I’ll order the pizza I actually enjoy instead of ordering from this place for their “deals”.

Ordered delivery for lunch on a Thursday at 11:30 am and it took over two hours to get my order.I tried calling to ask about my order multiple times and the phone was never answered. Refuse to give any more money to this place.Had to heat up the food in the oven once it finally arrived.

Tonight I was very disappointed. We ordered 16 well done wings. We got the text saying they were ready for pick up. When I arrived they were not done. When the order was finally ready and got home they were way under cooked. It was a bad experience. Couldn't even eat the wings and was too tired to even go back.

This is one of the worse Papa John I have ever ordered from. Customer service here is awful. Don't think I'll ever order from this location again. This is how my pizza was delivered. Manager had very poor customer service abilities. At the end we decided to get a refund since they are not to friendly and don't want them to spitting on my food.

It is ok. Stuffed crust is great. Not bad but not great. the pizza tasted a little bit of a weird and unexpected taste.Also it does not taste as the pizza I was hoping for.

If you are advertising a NY pizza then you need to do your homework! This was horrible. Added toppings and you could barely find any! Very disappointing!! Will not return and will make sure people looking for this special to stand clear!!

This place sucks. No greeting back when I said hello. Ignored until I said I'm here for a pickup. Just wings. Box not sealed. Wings not wrapped well to keep it warm. Tried to give me just 1 blue cheese when the amount of wings said 3. Not pleased at all.

Very unhelpful service received. Bought groupon when i tried to use it they said you can only use online and the groupon itself says you have to call. If they r dealing with Groupon at least make it easy for customers to use and don't give them the back and forth uncertainty and now that its expired...sorry nothing we can do about that!
