I accidentally scheduled an order for 12am instead of 12pm. Realized this at 12:15pm when they had not arrived yet. Called the store and the manager was very understanding and we got our pizzas in less than 30 minutes. Thank you!

Today manager was highly irresponsible nor accountable. I have been going for 20 years. This is the first bad review. I waited at the counter from 0653 PM to 0708 PM. I had old people in our home., waiting for food. He doesn't care a bit. He's not Papa Johns CEO who works honestly, ethically not this person ever. Please inform his upper management not fit for this job.

This is the best papa John's location in central Florida Their manager James was so good to us He took our order even though we showed up late and made sure we were more than taken care of He is an exceptional manager! I'd recommend this location because of his care and efforts! He is THE MAN
I this place has went down. The food quality is terrible and the customer service sucks. What a waste of money and time. Order elsewhere
