Pizza is always good. Last time, I had to ask the manager for a credit because they didn't do my pie the way I wanted it to dry, and I had to throw it out. Thanks to the manager he was very polite and very helpful. I will continue my business with them and supporting them. I also want to mention that the whole crew is fantastic.
Vegetarian options: I always order alfredo sauce and all vegetables, no meat.

Someone ordered me delivery as I don't have a vehicle at the moment, store is half a mile from me. I received cold pizza and the driver pointed to the tip spot on receipt. I explained I couldn't add a tip because I wasn't the one who placed the order and it wasn't my card. He proceeded to complain about the tip telling me to call and ask the person who ordered it how much to tip him. I told him they are currently working and he said he will call them and complained he gets paid 9$ an hour. I apologized and explained again I am not legally allowed to authorize an additional payment to be made from someone else's card. Disappointed.

ordered food that was 20 min late online. got no notice it was running late until I called. food arrived cold and I asked for contactless delivery so they placed it on the doorstep and they ignored that, I was sick and did not want to infect the driver. complained on their site and got an email back from the manager asking me about the experience and how to make it better, I was ghosted after. unprofessional service

It is this reviewer’s opinion that the pizza world was changed when Papa John’s came on the scene. There’s something wonderful about the overall experience of flavor and quality that makes PJ better than the rest.
We bought some pizzas for a family get together and the pizzas were great. We were a little disappointed that the garlic sauces were opened and one was spilled out in the box. We had an order of the garlic parmesan breadsticks and the sauce was very generous and all over the place. The woman at the pickup window was very nice and polite. You won’t go wrong with PJ’s.
