We came in and got a deal with each ended up with a pizza. In that deal. Papa John's has great pizza and they also have some great customer service there especially in this particular one that we went to I give you all five stars period and we are definitely going to be back

I hated the stuffed crust pizza I ordered. There was so much thick outer crust, the toppings slid right off, and the inner crust was super thin. I ordered well done too... Customer service at the pick up window was great though.

When I say I'm a single Mama that don't need no Papa, I mean it. Years ago, Me, Mama, and my ex-Papa got along well but once he was quoted out of context using a word everything fell apart. Mama kicked him out and left him. His two friends named Better and Ingredients stopped calling. Papa's face was replaced with a basketball american. Mama wound up taking the whole business over and doing it her way. Single Mama needed some dough for hot dates so I made the pies smaller, made the dough worse, cut back on special deals, charged for ketchup and made sure the delivery fees went up to 50% the price of a $12.59 special large (medium) pizza pie. Mama had the website reprogrammed to ensure the fees and cost savings went directly into my brain which gave me the idea to fire the drivers and outsource to doordash. Now that Mama gets more of your pie, I can be a strong woman free of that evil word using Papa. 1 star for an app that works and 1 star for stress-free refund on a pizza that took 40 minutes just to put in the oven lol

I don’t know if the company quality went down or just my location but I’m so disappointed in the pizza I just received. I use to love papa John’s because of the quality, but the pizza I just ate was nothing of that. I love them because of their dough, but this crust was so thin and barely nonexistent. It was a joke and I came on time to get my pizza and somehow when I got home, I’m only 10 minutes away. The pizza was already cold cheese not melted. just bad quality altogether

Placed a carry out order at 3:36. Had to wait until 4:18 for a pizza that takes 7 minutes to bake. Got to listen to the manager and one employee chat about getting quotes for french doors and nonchalantly stroll around the back while the poor cashier was rushing around with tears on her face, obviously needed support. No explanation about the delay, no communication, and then the manager was so clueless there were customers waiting on the delay he set my pizza down on a rack versus checking with everyone waiting whose pizza it was, as the cashier was helping people in line. My pizza was correct, but no fast food pizza is worth waiting almost as hour for. The lack of leadership and management actually doing their jobs was mind blowing. No apology, no discount, no refund, no acknowledgment.
