Orders placed through DoorDash have resulted in delayed and cold pizzas, with drivers seemingly uninvolved in the delivery process. In-person service has also been disappointing, with orders taking longer than expected, and one instance of an employee being more focused on their phone than the task at hand. Additionally, the pizza slices were not properly cut in one instance. While the pizza itself is praised, the service needs improvement.
