My pizza was massacred. My wings were tampered with AND I promise anyone reading this ...that is how my pepperconi looked when I opened the box!!! They constantly change management and I don't know how this place is still open. And here are the real toppings the driver nearly flipped me off at my front door before I could even tip him cash instead of putting it on the receipt. Never again!!!!

We waited 3 hours for a pizza delivery. I first placed an order online. After an hour we were wondering where was the pizza. The order said returned, we called the store to ask what happened since we never got a text or call from the driver. We had instructions for the driver to call us when they arrived so we can meet them in the lobby. The store said they wasnt sure since the driver wasnt back, they offered to make us a new pizza, confirmed our order and phone number. They said they were going to send another driver. Mind you the papa johns was only 8 mins away. They were suppose to call us when the driver headed out. We called back after 45 mins. (2 hours) they said that they were waiting for the driver still. We said forget it, we will pick up the pizza instead. At that moment they said the driver had just arrived, that they will be heading out now. We said okay.. we will wait again. We wait again (3 hours now) we call back to ask what the heck is going on, they said they had the wrong phone number.. when they had my number since i called 3 times, plus they read back the number to confirm when we reordered. So at the end we never got our pizza. This could had been handled so differently, they had our number and could had called us to let us know what was happening. Instead they kept making us wait.. customer service was nonexisting. Not counting all the time we had to wait on hold..

Papa John's is so good, it out-pizza's the Pizza Hut. The garlic butter is why it makes it so good. The salty and savory combination of the pizza and garlic makes it the best pizza dinner place you can have on a friday night with the family.

So at this Papa John's my experience has been completely transformed the last time I came through here the people had no idea what my order was actually gave me the wrong order let me walk away but let me tell you now that management that's on staff is completely different they were able to help me. I accommodate me with the heirs that I made on my online checkout. I have nothing but the highest glowing remarks for Gregory Hall, Elkennah Williams. The store was in exceptionally cleaned the food arrives on time as ordered absolutely delicious they even offer me napkins and plates which has never happened before I highly recommend you coming back to this location. The staff that was on tonight has delivered above any other expectations that I've had considering of my past 67 visits were horrible, I had to go to another Papa John's but now I'm back. It has completely turned around 180, great for you guys and your team keep up the good work
