I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Papa John’s. Not only was my order made incorrectly, but when I tried to call the store to get it fixed, I was put on hold for over 20 minutes. All I wanted was to have my order remade correctly so I could come back and pick it up, but the lack of communication and customer service made the situation even more frustrating.
It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a simple order corrected. This experience has definitely made me reconsider ordering from this location again.

Be wary of spending your money here. I placed an order on April 4th 2025. When the food was delivered I received less than half of my order. I called and was told my order was being remade and they would re-deliver it. After more than an hour I called and requested a refund. I was told it was being issued and would be returned between 5 to 10 business days. I never received the refund. The store was giving me the run around so I contacted their corporate customer service who have reached out and escalated my issue and have requested the store issue me a refund multiple times and at this point the store is just refusing. (I have dozens of calls between me, the store and customer service over the past month and change). The customer service within the store itself is non existent. This is absolutely ridiculous that a company can just steal my money and not provide the goods I paid for. And customer service has their hands tied because they have no way to initiate the refund in their system, it has to be done at the store level. Customer service suggested I dispute the charge with my bank which to me is mind boggling. How can this happen?

They don't take cash. Walked in at 11pm, demanded I order through the app or leave. Delightful staff

My pizza was massacred. My wings were tampered with AND I promise anyone reading this ...that is how my pepperconi looked when I opened the box!!! They constantly change management and I don't know how this place is still open. And here are the real toppings the driver nearly flipped me off at my front door before I could even tip him cash instead of putting it on the receipt. Never again!!!!
