I ordered a pizza through DoorDash and it arrived burnt

The pizza is good, but every time we've ordered from here we've had it automatically delivered by DoorDash. Why? Every time, they've gotten lost and the pizza was room temp by the time they arrived. Does Papa John's not employ drivers anymore?

I used to absolutely love papa John’s pizza it was literally my favorite. But I stopped eating it for a while because I seen the taste wasn’t the same. Today I went ahead and placed an order & everything was so terrible. Reminded me why I stopped eating there. Their pizzas has changed so much the wings were gooey the bread sticks were dry and the pull aparts was like ripping pieces of French bread. Very sad and disappointing

DON’T GET THE VALENTINES PIZZA. I already had one bad experience being a delivery driver at another Papa John’s but this one takes the cake. Not only did I not get a refund for the burnt uncut cardboard heart that’s promoted as a pizza, they “couldn’t make regular pizza either” even though they brought in multiple other customers and made their food. They threw so many peppers in that it soaked through the box and was all over. That was my dinner for the night.I’m extremely upset and disappointed that Papa John’s workers don’t care about their customers. It was a waste of money.

Will never order from here again. The UberEats driver (who was a different person than the picture and in a totally different car) did not drop off our drinks and refused to go back for them. Not the restaurants fault, however I am from a different country so the total price converts 30% more expensive on my payment cards. The driver told me I needed to reach out to the restaurant as they never gave him the drinks to deliver. When I called the store, I explained that I just spent over $80 on a box of pizza, some wings and two drinks but I never received the drinks, and the delivery driver was refusing to go back. They first told me they will deliver our drinks free of charge. The lady on the phone was making it VERY obvious that she was annoyed with me, taking super loud sighs every time I would speak. I APOLOGIZED TO HER, informed her that I am from a different country and to bear with me while getting the name and information of the street/hotel we are at. She took another massive sigh then just said they cannot deliver our drinks and there’s absolutely nothing they can do for me. Horrible horrible customer service, made absolutely no efforts to help me find a solution.Update: the pizza was not cooked all the way through, the cheese is not even melted.

The pizza is very delicious, there is no doubt about that.The bad thing is the service.1:I ordered through the DoorDash app, in the application I was notified that the order was ready, I arrived, waited for them to serve me, they took a quick look and did not find the order, so I waited for the order to be ready, they easily passed more 10 minutes, until I was assisted by another employee, he started checking and found the pizzas in a matter of seconds, the order was ready, but the first employee who “helped” me did not see clearly, she was more concentrated talking in the cell phone than in doing its job.2:The Pepperoni pizza I ordered was not cut well, it only had the cut lines marked.And in this I must mention that the person I saw cutting the pizzas during the time I was there was the same one who was chatting on the cell phone.Terrible service.

Evita was amazing she greeted us at the door not the counter and she personalized the experience to where it was more than a Pizza ? pick up. Thank you for Making this Papa John's more than just a Pizza Stop. Five Stars for Evita and Five for Papa John's for employing such a worker.

the worker in the front was rude and disrespectful, i asked for a menu and she yelled that they only had one, kept staring at me and mumbling stuff to her coworker, i left because im not going to sit here and be disrespected by an employee, after i left the employee started yelling at me, honestly terrible service and owner should do something about the staff here
