Ruby, was amazing! Placed an order, made a mistake. Ruby called me, to explain if what I ordered was correct? Then went ahead and further explained to me if I wanted to change it or add something else. Workers like this is what we all need in the food industry! Ruby!!!!!! Thank you. You deserve a raise.

I placed an order for a simple large pepperoni pizza for delivery and the food took over an hour to be delivered when the establishment is less than 10 minutes away from my building. When I called to complain about it the shift manager CRYSTAL was extremely rude and refused to do anything to help the situation. She argued with me over the phone because I requested the GM information after quickly realizing she was not intending to help at all. The delivery driver left my food with the wrong person and never communicated with me to keep me updated on my order. This place needs better management or at least retrain crystal on how to interact with and defuse customers whilst upset. I will be contacting that GM and seeing what reprimanding will be done with Crystal because she was truly a terrible interaction. If I were immature I would've gone to jail with how disrespectful and inconsiderate and incompetent she is.

So I order two pizza without beacon because I don't use pork. When my delivery arrives and I check it had pork. I call and the manager answered and I told him what happened. He was real nasty on the phone like he have no experience when it comes to customer service. Then he say he will replace it. Been waiting for 2 hours now and my pizza still have not arrived.

Tyler the delivery driver & the manager Tony need to be fired. Tyler called my phone with a nasty attitude and aggression towards because he couldn’t find my apartment unit ( I’ve ordered from this location 20x times and I never had this issue). When I asked Tyler what was his geographic location he became frustrated and hung up on me. Upon arrival to my unit Tyler still had an attitude towards me I politely asked Tyler is he okay? Tyler responded by saying I will not eat today and proceeded to walk off with my order.I had to follow Tyler all the way to his car where he tried to run over me in front of my children & husband. I immediately called the store manager Tony and the store manager was also disgusting and belligerent and told me I would not get my food or refund. My husband had to drive to the store to get our food & refund. No apologies were given Tyler continued to threaten us and claimed he will call the cops because he felt unsafe because of his own actions and for the simple fact he was having a bad day! Oh & he thought because we are black we were going to match his nasty attitude & behavior absolutely NOT. You lack customer service and after today you WILL NOT HAVE A J O B.

I was one the phone with one of the employees I think Leo and the first call I had got disconnected so I called back, I wanted to skip the question as I already answered him and then I asked my little cousins what they wanted bcs they was sleeping over and then he proceeded to say, with an attitude, “this is a prank and I’m hanging up”. Like we were all hungry bcs we just got back from a play from church. The employee service is horrible.

Ordered the 10 inch cheese sticks. When I pulled up I notice an employee male with long blonde hair putting out a cigarette in front of the door. I carefully watched him to see was he going to wash his hands before returning to his work station and by no surprise he started digging in some cheese and throwing it on a pizza ?????…. I looked at the cashier and told her please cancel that order. Entire store looked dirty and staff looked the same.
