cashier was super helpful, super nice, the pizza maker, & the girl packing orders were super rude! i was the only customer in the store, they gave me a 25 minute wait & ended up waiting almost a hour. If not happy at work dont go.

I would give a 0/5 stars if I could. Ordered 2 pizzas for my family tonight. First of all, it took nearly 2 hours for it to be marked “delivered”. And once it was marked delivered, I checked my front door and NOTHING was there. I then called the store and was on hold for 10 minutes. Just for them to say “we couldn’t find where you were located so we sent our guy back, you’ll be refunded by tomorrow” ok???? We’re all still hungry?? They said they called “multiple times” but the call log on my phone said that’s a lie. Horrible service. Waited a long time for absolutely nothing. Whoever is on crew tonight should be checked. I don’t usually leave bad reviews but sheeesh, never ordering from this location again.

Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. On hold for an hour and still no one checked in, I ended up hanging up. I ordered pizza online for my son's class today for delivery time at 11:30 am, pizza arrived at 12:48pm. I never received email confirmation or text. Spent $70 on pizza for 1st grader. Do not do business with this store. I will be disputing charges with my bank.

Ordered a stuffed crust one topping but the driver forgot to have my order in his pizza bag. He said he'd call the store to redeliver only to personally call the restaurant 15min after for them to tell me they were not informed. I'm currently waiting for the redeliver.

Apparently hair nets and beard nets are not required. Extra long hair and beard are the norm in a food place environment? Very concerning to say the least. I didn't know until I picked up my order, and I had to pause for a minute. Please give your employees the proper work gear to work?
The inside is too small, it was very busy. They also need to cater Curbside the ppl with disability. Instead of them having to walk back n forth to their car, bcuz the inside is too small.

Man I don’t know what type of customer service is expected here but it’s horrible man .To see bad customer service given to me and then another customer (resulted in the customer have heated exchanges with an employee ) that’s bad man .It don’t matter what you think someone should eat , whatever a consumer pays for when giving options is what they should get . MANAGEMENT DEFINITELY NEEDS TO DO A EVAL ON THIS LOCATION .Your employee is still upset and yapping at the situation lol ridiculous
