Their pizza is horrible! I love Papa John's. But the pizza here is just horrible!! I don't know if the guy making the pizza doesn't shower, but twice he has made a disgusting pie. I have ordered it and picked it up (so I know it was him)

Came to pick up a to-go order and the workers were arguing with each other, clearly drunk, and so high that their eyes were bloodshot red!! No help whatsoever at the cash register. When my order was FINALLY ready it was set down but not handed to me, making me get it myself off the shelf. As I am leaving I hear them talking about me saying I HAD attitude. KEEP IN MIND I SAID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AS THERE WAS NO HELP GIVEN. If you’re going to talk bad about your customers, the least you could do is wait until they leave the store.

I just have a very bad experience there just now 09/05/2025 at 4:45 while I went there with my 13 years old son after I picked him up from school, when I get there I ordered my pizza and the guy told me it was $14 I gave him $20 bills and he gave me $6 change and he said give them about 15 minutes after I waited the claimed I never paid , even they were ok that I paid one of them run after me outside going to my car to make me get back inside to pay, all that happened just because my skin color (Black)

i’ve never had any bad experiences with papa john’s until today. this location is absolutely terrible! i placed an order for delivery and my food was cold!! i had to reheat it in the oven and on top of that they messed up my order as well. I didn’t even get what i ordered, they just threw whatever on the pizza and didn’t care to check to see if it was made right. please save your money, or go to a better location. they need a new manager or new staff .. SMH! extremely disappointed with the service i’ve received today.

They are so nice here, love their job, you just wanna squeeze hug them, pizza has sweet sauce and made so yummy you will thank me later, pop on by and say hi, they have so many yummy items, delivery guy sweet too. Nice place ! Cool lil plaza. 😎

We orders online and when the pizza came it just looked poorly thrown together there was little to no topping so I drove over to the place to see if I can get it replaced there was zero customers in the store with me so it was not busy at all and I said that it did not look right may I get another one the manager immediately got defensive and started talking over me saying it’s perfectly normal they don’t have control over uber but the delivery was not the problem it was the pizza she pretty much ignored me walked away and all the other workers act completely clueless like if this was a everyday thing seriously needs to management team it’s just pizza I was not asking for something crazy seriously sad customer service

whoever is on duty right now is a JERK! she would not allow me to pay for a pizza so it could start being made at 11 PM, I HAVE to call and cancel my order at a different location FIRST? what type of customer service is that??? I’ll go to Hungry Howies, thanks ANYWAYS!!!!

Placed an order and apparently the Doordash driver screwed the store over. Called the store to inquire about the delay and manager went above and beyond to take care of us. Once we received the order, it was perfect and legitimately one of the best Papa John's pizzas we've had. Shame they're probably taking a hit on reviews due to Doordash.

My 5yr old knocked the pizza over as we were getting in the car. The staff were so kind to replace it without asking to pay for another pizza despite it being our fault. They did this in a rush to get us on our way. Thanks for the kindness! 5 stars! Pizza was excellent too!
