03/30/2024 Horrible service. I got the wrong pizza for my toddler and called to ask for the correct pizza, and they kept saying they can’t find my order, like if I was lying. Then they found it and told me my replacement should be delivered in the next 30–40 minutes, and in an hour and a half, nobody delivered my pizza. kept calling, and they told me the store is packed, and if I don’t get it in the next 10-15 minutes, then they would have to give me maybe a refund. I don’t want a refund; I want the correct pizza for my toddler. I talked to different employees. One of the employees I talked to was Alberto. At 9:05 p.m., almost 2 hours after I talked to Alberto, and no pizza has been delivered. I just talked to Richard at 9:25pm and he said my order was stolen by a DoorDash driver that they will try again now. They said it should be here before 10:30pm. I will wait till 11 p.m. if my order isn’t here by then, then I will go around 11 p.m. because that's the time I get off work. I will go with everything to get a refund. I place orders at this location weekly, and now I will no longer do so. Unprofessional and liars.

I had an issue with placing my online. I thought my transaction wasn't going through, so I kept trying and trying with an "error" message. It turns out it did. The manager called me to see what issue was and if I meant to place all of the same orders. I appreciated his awareness and taking the time to contact me because I didn't know. I would've been upset after seeing my bank statements. Thank you to the manager on duty on 2/6/2024. I forgot to ask for your name.

I ordered from this place all the time and I didn’t know you have to order through automated system or on line . The guy was very rude and kept huffing and puffy because I rather speak to someone personally to handle my food . He didn’t want to take my order !! The delivery guy didn’t knock on my door , He left my pizza on the floor!! Horrible service!!

My favorite place for pizza. I will say, if you are more tech savvy if helps to order through the app because there's deals. In person, you do not receive any discount. It would be nice if the staff were able to offer some form of discount or deal for those who prefer in person. There is also a restroom if you order in person and are waiting for your food.
Customer service at this location is the pits!!!! 3 different orders on different occasions they basically try to take my money and say it’s whatever. I even tried using door dash and they gave away my order and told the door dash driver it’s nothing they can do about it. Google needs to update their reviews policy and let you be able to give half a star. The food at this location is not papa johns quality!!! Could never get my money again!!!

I did a review with the company in regards to my experience which was very poor this time. I asked for a call back from the manager. The manager was to lazy to call me back. He would only email me which I considered disrespectful and unprofessional. All he did was try to cover up his employee mistake. I would never recommend going to them again over poor food quality and customer service.

The worst pizza ever. I order delivery and waited over 2 hours . Then I called the store more the 4 times and no answer. I called the nearest location and they told me to keep on calling. So I called 2 more times finally Javier answer and said oh you order is for carry out , I said No I paid tip for the driver for Delian’s give my address. Then he said oh we don’t have a driver tonight .I have never experienced worsed then this service . I asked him to cance my order . I checked my account and I was charged twice . He said oh you going have to wait 3 business days . Then while I was trying to understand why … he had the audacity to hang up the phone while I was talking to him.I always enjoyed the papa Jon’s pizza and their service . I was chocked a corporate office should be an example of customer service are treating their customers in such a horrible way. I will be telling everybody about this location. Do not trust this location you better off to go to franchise location and get a better pizza and better service and trust that you are charge the right amount. Not being fooled.

Ordered for delivery. First time ever where a pizzeria asked for my entire government lol. However the service from the girl on the phone was phenomenal. The delivery was super quick and the driver was also pleasant. Now the best part is the food was slamming. I ordered the cheese crust pizza, half cheese, other half pepperoni and pineapples and a side of 12 wings. Absolutely delicious. Can’t wait for the next pizza night, hopefully the experience is the same.
