Ordered 5 boxes of pizza around 11 had no idea they close at 12 We just drove into town. The worker, wrote, girl hand writing, please don’t order late, signed a tired worker and underlined worker on the boxes. We tipped our driver. And did not feel comfortable eating the food. Definitely a disappointment. Will be calling in the morning. Definitely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

I give ZEROOOOOO STARS BRANDY the store manager is VERY VERY RUDEEEEEEE ...I called and asked why my order was being delivered by doordadh she tells me theres no other way for delivery but the way she said it was very rude she didn't bother asking why or ask me how can she can help me she never offered to even hear me out I personnally do not like doordash to deliver my food due to past experiences. If BRANDY wasn't so rude I would've explained that I was going to go up there to avoid the doordash delivery. She's so rude that while I was talking she kept telling me she was going to cancel my order I only asked why wasn't I told it was a doordash delivery so I can decide if I want to pick it up instead... doordash has a bad reputation thats why I did not want doordashs delivery ...I will be making a corporate complaint on BRANDY she's rude and has no management skills over the phone. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN AND BRANDY NEEDS SOME TRAINING ON HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS SHES SO RUDE

This store definitely needs more staff. Poor Jasmine and Teresa We’re all by themselves backed up full of orders however they were the sweetest and the nicest. Let these girls hire more staff! Also, the food was incredible!

Ordered an original pan pizza and this is what I got. I called the store manager and they wanted me to drive 30min back to the store just to give them there mistake and remake me a pizza instead of giving me a credit! Ridiculous who drives 2 times back and forth for a medium pizza that they messed up! Don’t go here rude and disgusting!

We had a bad experience with our last order and was told that it was gonna be replaced when I called tonight. They had no record of it and the manager on duty honored it and we received our food hot and fresh by A Papa Johns delivery driver instead of DoorDash. She did a great job.

The pizza was hot and fresh, and the overall atmosphere of the store was great. I picked it up and enjoyed it at home. The cheese-stuffed crust was a hit—my daughter absolutely loved it! Plus, the location is very convenient. Overall, a great experience!”

Usually great service but today feb 1st at 230pm the heavy girl working the register was very rude. Seems like she didn't want to be there. Males me not want too come back 20th that kind of service

I stopped in to order pizza 🍕 😕. Since everyone doesn't order on-line especially if it was last minute. I passed it earlier, planned to stop in and order pizza 🍕 after I ran an errand.
The employee was very nice and he asked if I had an order for pick up, I said no, then he said okay. They were very busy, I get it it's Friday around lunch afternoon, no problem I'll wait.
I asked if he was waiting on me to order and he said one minute (I'll admit I was a little anxious, probablyfrom hunger), then a lady making pizza says we can't take her order she has to order on-line.
I asked him if she or who is the boss
Same woman walked up and said me. I asked to place an order and she said no it HAS to be online. I said but I'm standing here can I place an order. She said no it has to be online.
I said okay. While chatting with her, I noticed something in her nose and I nicely said there is something in your nose.
So I'm glad that I did not order pizza from there.
Other pizza places allow you order in store and warn you that it is much more costly, but you are allowed to walk in and place an order, but maybe that is their policy.
