I stopped in to order pizza 🍕 😕. Since everyone doesn't order on-line especially if it was last minute. I passed it earlier, planned to stop in and order pizza 🍕 after I ran an errand.
The employee was very nice and he asked if I had an order for pick up, I said no, then he said okay. They were very busy, I get it it's Friday around lunch afternoon, no problem I'll wait.
I asked if he was waiting on me to order and he said one minute (I'll admit I was a little anxious, probablyfrom hunger), then a lady making pizza says we can't take her order she has to order on-line.
I asked him if she or who is the boss
Same woman walked up and said me. I asked to place an order and she said no it HAS to be online. I said but I'm standing here can I place an order. She said no it has to be online.
I said okay. While chatting with her, I noticed something in her nose and I nicely said there is something in your nose.
So I'm glad that I did not order pizza from there.
Other pizza places allow you order in store and warn you that it is much more costly, but you are allowed to walk in and place an order, but maybe that is their policy.

First time ordering from Papa John’s . Very disappointed in the “boneless wings”. They were not tossed in the sauce. Made them look not appetizing to eat. Even when I mixed in the sauce it was not enough to cover the chicken.

they forgot my ranch with my side i ordered. how do they expect us to eat something without our dressing? it’s kind of sad of little they pay attention to order detail. i ordered my food on saturday 10/19/24 at 3:30ish pm. jalapeno bites were horrible and the pizza also had barely any sauce.

Just had the worst experience with the guy attending the front register at 12:00am i had NEVER been treated like I am a stupid person and then he referred to my husband like I'm not capable of understanding him when I went online site says my card wasn't good YET I got charged TWICE plus they couldn't find my order in their system which they said when I ordered online they had nothing to do with it Yet I went into their store website(Papa Johns 7501 E Colonial Dr Orlando)to order . I was calmly try to get my point across until He disrespected me . Call me please I have his name and Id.

I always have a unbelievable experience with my local Papa Johns!! Fresh hot quick!! Mr shaq!! Show them some love in your rookie season town. These folks deserve the love!! From the drivers to in house they exude what it is to be Papa John Family. The bad reviews just my thoughts tip properly and order correctly. I've never had one problem in over 10 years. I'm treated like chickfila
