For the third time, we ordered pizza and it arrived raw, the dough is extra thin to the point that it is not even possible to transfer it from the box to the plate, cheese and ingredients scattered all over the box. They should improve this.

Worst place to deliver they are very slow and they don't allow dashers to use the bathroom at all. And the guy in the back was so high he kept packing the pizza on the wrong boxes. Only store who don't consider dashers needs for restroom period!

Scheduled an order for a half pepperoni bacon / half onion mushroom pizza and received an uncut pizza with Alfredo sauce and missing half the toppings. The pizza looked like it was carried sideways with garlic all over the place. No idea how this even happens and who lets this be sent out. Now we wait hungry for a replacement pizza while still paying full price and a tip that isn’t earned at all…

Sammy came to my Porch Pull the food out of the bag very poorly dropped the wings on the floor Then stayed quiet while he watched fireworks in front of my yard Then when I ask him what are we Going to do he told me to call you guys because he left his phone in the car after I told him what Papa John said he stood in my yard for another 5 more minutes I have pictures of this incident I'm a loyal customer this was the worst service ever I will never order from here again but will share my pictures online of what happened with me and Sammy I tip every time I order from Papa John's this was truly harmful

Order missing something again, my beverage of choice(2L soda) was not with my order, the delivery driver said he didn't have it. Can you get an order right for once that's worth eating. I've given Papa Johns "another chance" time and again but disappointed every time. There's always something wrong with my order everytime, the pizza undercooked, pizza too saucy, forgetting to add extra cheese when someone asks for it, or a beverage. There is no consistency amongst any of the papa johns and quality is gone down the toilet. Goodbye Papa John's you lost another customer that was once happy.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered at 5:00 pm tonight at 2:00 pm. At 5:15, I called papa John’s to find out the status. They said it would be delivered at 5:10 (past the time when I attempted to call). I have been on hold since 5:15 on, the pizza STILL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED! It is 5:40 pm now. The phone keeps being rerouted so you can’t even speak to a human!!!!
The delivery service is ridiculous! The driver takes almost an hour just to deliver the food. The manager could only apologize when the food isn’t delivered when it says on the app delivered. I’m convinced the drivers eat your order and then say it was delivered!

Food is average but the lack of communication is unacceptable. My order is wrong and I can’t even get in contact with anyone. I work in food service so I get being busy but I’ve been on hold for 30min now. Not a single “hold please” or nothing. And by the reviews it sounds like it’s the wrong number or y’all just ignore the phones and that’s not ok. At this point I just want a refund, I don’t even want the food anymore. Someone needs to contact me or atleast pick up the phone.
