I have been going to Papa John's for over 20 years. Lately there pizza are getting worse and worse every time I order. This time I ordered a hand tossed Pizza and I got a machine press Pizza that was overcooked and dry. I live in Orlando area and have always enjoyed Papa John's in the past but now I have to find a different Pizza company to choose from.

Refused to tell me if they would deliver to my hotel (less than 2 miles away) because I didn't know my hotels complete address. All I wanted to know is if they would deliver to a hotel. What terrible customer service.

Halloween was crazy. We got our order over 45 minutes late, but all the pizzas were delicious. We didn't have to pay extra for paper plates, yea!
Parking was bad! Be aware that there is an "exit" on the north side of the restaurant.
I am extremely disgusted with the chicken Alfredo bowl. Unless you want an entire dish of grease and cheese. Was there even a piece of chicken in the entire dish ?? This is already making me want to vomit let alone the fact that I only found 2 pieces of chicken in the entire thing. This was essentially a bowl of cheese and cream with the suggestion of chicken. You seriously need to get your game together if you even want the chance to be able to refer to this as CHICKEN Alfredo. Should’ve went with the pizza … did myself a disservice.
