Papa Johns Pizza

ONLY RATING BECAUSE ITS 10:48 on 12/26/25 and they have one guy on the Cook station and he is getting slammed and battered by people who are rude and feeling entitled, and he honestly is still fully smiling and being a perfect respectful man he deserves way more than a promotion and a raise it people like this they make the world go around He doesn't deserve what he's dealing with. It's the reason I went out of my way to rate and write this. Sad jobs don't care for people

This is a second time I’ve had an issue with this Papa John’s location. The first time I had waited two hours before just giving up on it ever arriving as my order’s progress never updated, just said it was still being made, but it was getting late and I canceled my order. This time, the pizza showed up as it looks in the picture. At first I thought it was possibly the DoorDasher’s fault for the way it looked, but after actually eating it, I didn’t really think so. The pizza was lazily made, barely even cut into slices, the bottom end not even having crust on it which I didn’t notice because of the melted cheese till after I decided to just eat it. The cheese itself was honestly disgusting and cold and had that texture like it wasn’t baked completely. The top half of the pizza, under all that cheese, was still squishy and doughy. I called the store, the manager was nice, but I would’ve preferred an entire refund than store credit.

This location literally always forgets the extra sauces I orders for delivery. Can you please put in some kind of double-check system... it's getting ridiculous.

Can’t comment on the food because I never actually received my order. The service was terrible—staff were unprofessional, seemed confused, and were openly arguing with each other in front of customers. Overall, a frustrating and disappointing experience.

The store manager, an old white guy called Darren, was really rude. He got my order wrong and then refused to fix it. When I asked him, instead of apologizing he was shouting at me. The pizza was bad but the service was the worst. I am never ever going to visit this store again.

It’s been a while since I gotten Papá John’s pizza. I went to this location today and Mariam G attended me. Pizza was amazing And good quality BUT her service was exceptional! She had knowledge on her product and recommended a few options. She was attentive and charismatic.. very sweet employee ! I’ll be back more often now! Thanks Mariam for all you do!

I had an issue with my pizza due to Doordash driver. I called the store and informed Matthew, and he was able to fix the situation promptly. Thank you Matthew you have great customer service, and I appreciate you! ☺️

Matthew was amazing! His customer service went above and beyond when their website glitched. He came through and helped save the night with single mom babysitting hangry pre-teens!! He came through so hard!! I appreciate him and the sothchase team so much for making things happen!!

Overpriced , sloppy, and raw. Not to mention the poor attitude of the employees working there. Take your money elsewhere.

There was an error on our address for delivery and our pizza got delivered to the wrong address.
Called the store and they corrected the issue in no time and got our pizza delivered to our address. Thank you Papa John’s.

It’s in the slogan “better ingredients, better pizza” and if I had to choose between Papa John’s, Domino’s and Pizza Hut I’m going Papa John’s every single time. Love me my thin crust the meats with extra sauce or my thin crust super Hawaiian with extra sauce and the honey chipotle wings.

Stood at the door over 5 minutes. Never been at night so door was locked. Didn't realize there was a doorbell but the guy heard and saw me pull the door. He ignored me and knew I was standing at the door. I was patient but eventually after more than 5 minutes of waiting I noticed there was a door bell and I signaled, "do I need to ring this"

The guy shrugged his shoulders like he was annoyed. I personally wouldn't treat other people like that but we're all different.
