There was an error on our address for delivery and our pizza got delivered to the wrong address.
Called the store and they corrected the issue in no time and got our pizza delivered to our address. Thank you Papa John’s.

It’s in the slogan “better ingredients, better pizza” and if I had to choose between Papa John’s, Domino’s and Pizza Hut I’m going Papa John’s every single time. Love me my thin crust the meats with extra sauce or my thin crust super Hawaiian with extra sauce and the honey chipotle wings.

Stood at the door over 5 minutes. Never been at night so door was locked. Didn't realize there was a doorbell but the guy heard and saw me pull the door. He ignored me and knew I was standing at the door. I was patient but eventually after more than 5 minutes of waiting I noticed there was a door bell and I signaled, "do I need to ring this"

The guy shrugged his shoulders like he was annoyed. I personally wouldn't treat other people like that but we're all different.

The pizza was very dry and a few toppings on it , for a 14" pie and $22 doesn't worth the trouble.

10 minutes on hold, night shift at 12:50 am

I went inside and ordered a 6 piece wing, the printer that print the orders was messed up. The gentleman fixed it, went to the register took my order at that time I paid. He then went to the fridge took the wings container out placed the wings on the rack without gloves with his fingers that he did NOT WASH! I called him and said sir can you wash your hands and put on gloves and give me more wings. He said we DO NOT HAVE GLOVES?, I asked for a refund and left! That is so disgusting at least wash your hands and use a utensil. I WILL NEVER EAT FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN, I am so glad I went inside instead of ordering on line!!!

This is by far the worst papa johns their General manager is so immature. He makes you hate the brand the company. I stop eating pizza for a month after dealing with my last order. Get new non racist staff.

My Wife ordered this pizza the most pathetic pizza that she’s ever had in her life and that I have ever seen it was supposed to be a medium thin crust with extra sauce no cheese and vegetables because she is vegan. Please review photos of the most disgusting pizza we have ever ordered, the thin crust was not even crispy. It was soggy and you can count the vegetables that’s on the pizza. It’s that pathetic.

On 2/18/24 I intended to place an order for delivery and was denied because as stated on the phone by a young lady, it will cost me 5 dollars, then came back and said it was out of zone. I had already paid 5 dollars for the delivery and no refund was received. I have placed multiple order from this southchase location in the past with no issues. I wouldn’t want others to go through my experience.
