Tell me how I was lied to not once, but TWICE by an employee AND a manager. When I ordered my food for delivery I asked the delivery guy if my sauce was in the pizza boxes. He said they should be, if not call the store. They weren't in the box. I had my husband call the store. The girl basically said well what do you want us to do about it? Oh idk maybe bring the stuff I PAID for. She said they would but that it would be awhile. 3 hours after my pizza was delivered and still nothing. So what do I do? I make ANOTHER order for just sauces because I literally can't eat their nasty pizza without any sauce. They cancel it. At this point I'm hungry and I'm frustrated, so I call the store. I explain to the manager that I was told I would get my stuff, he says oh we were going to but then we got busy. And? How is that my problem? You are the one who forgot to give me what I paid for. So after arguing over why they canceled my second order, he says "I'll hand deliver you the sauce myself." Guess what? It's now 1am, the store is closed and he never came. I never got anything I paid for and I was lied to. This is the WORST papa johns in Orlando and this isn't the first time they've forgotten to give me the things I've paid for. This is just the first time I've spoken up about it. I've been in the food in beverage industry for 12 years and I would NEVER treat a customer like I've been treated by these people.

We ordered delivery. One pizza came burnt and one was normal. The burnt one was very dry and hard to chew through. The employee putting the burnt pepperoni pizza in a box should be ashamed. No way to not know it was burnt before boxing it up before delivering it to us. We also waited an hour for this so very disappointed.

When the hotel failed us and closed the kitchen down early we turned to Papa Johns for dinner. The food was surprisingly hot and good! I wish they would of brought it up to our room, but it wasn't too big of a deal to come down and grab it. If I'm ever in the area looking for a later at night snack / dinner I'll definitely be calling this Papa Johns again.

Better ingredients actually gives you a better ZA. A good ZA is always important.
Placed an online order for 6 items that totaled 70$ with tip - received only half of the order, but with the wrong wings... The associate was being fed what to say via the first recorded call, and then when directed to the manager, the manager stated they would remake the food and send new items as they cannot send items that were left. Received the items that were aforementioned to be remade, but had the same quality seal sticker, and a new sticker overtop. Being difficult over pizza is silly, but like, why would you let them take only half an order? Got my refund. Not sure if I will be ordering from this location in the future.
The worst service, they answer reluctantly, it is a humiliation to call this place, a Latin person answers

Maddy and whomever answered the phone tonight are AWFUL. They messed up my pizza prior and a gentleman named Nick who supposed to be the manager there presented me with replacement pizzas. I called into location only to get not one person with an attitude who answered the phone, which was a guy, but two people. Maddie thought it was funny that I was trying to call in to get the replacement pizza. It was a complete failure. They told me that the manager was out sick and they could do nothing to assist me. And then started laughing about it.. each of them should be terminated .

Absolutely horrible. They got one of the 3 pizzas correct. No sauce at all, never cut and ride. No idea how this place stays open with employees like this.

We order the same specialty 1/2 & 1/2 pizza at least twice monthly.. first half triple pepperoni no cheese, second half pepperoni mushroom and extra cheese. Most of the time it's correct and made well, on a couple occasions it has been made incorrectly, but the gentleman whom I believe to be the manager has promptly corrected these mistakes. On our most recent visit 05/18 Daniel was very nice and took our phone order and repeated it back correctly. However when I went to pick up the pizza it was VERY POORLY MADE as you can see, it was not triple pepperoni and not extra cheese and as can be seen not covering the entire crust. They did offer and I accepted the remake, but upon arriving home I still felt that it was lacking the usual amount of pepperoni, it still did not have the extra cheese, and it was way under sauced to the point that it was dry. There did not appear to be the usual or any manager on duty.
