Terrible pizza. No cheese, no sauce, simply no taste. It was hard and dry. Our kids were asking if that was okay to eat, another mentioned that it felt like cardboard. We just got it delivered to Marriott Harbour lakes. I wonder if it is that bad because it is in a touristy area. Very disappointed. My sister had to just go to Publix to get something else because we couldn’t eat it.

Service was quick. The pizza was excellent, but I don't recommend the cheddar crust. Another thing to remember is that this location does not have a drive-thru.

We were buying pizza and two people a man with white hair and a blonde lady gave us a terrible service and a terrible treatment my English is not very good but they did not even want to read the translator or listen and told us in a bad way to order it online that she will not read anything and so they should change that staff

Absolutely horrible mgr- did not deliver our food after waiting an hour, did not call us and when I called just to find out what happened, mgr said she canceled it because she called…. No one ever called us! Said they had things going on- smh. Let corporate know. Order somewhere else.
Honestly didn’t expect a ton from this place. It’s fast pizza right. But the crust was awful, the toppings were basically burned without being burnt to black. And the cheese tasted pretty mid. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Now I see why they do the buy one get on free. So at least they please you with two pizzas for one.

At 2:35 pm today, this old white lady gave me real hard time picking up my food. How do you give hard time to someone who is just picking his food? She is got attitude, seriously. She goes: how do you know it is ready? How do you know that your food is sitting there, blah… I ordered so many times from here via the app, I never had problems until today.

At a resort Ordered pizza last night was delivered hot and delicious, kids wanted it again so ordered it again and it took an hour and a half after being told 55 mins .. when he finally got here after contacting customer service .I said id like to see if it's warm or not so I opened it and touched it and it was not hot or even warm it and the cheese looked like it sat under a light for an hour so I said you can take it back I'm not paying for this
He then laughed at me and said so you touch it and not take it ?? I said ya don't worry I'll contact customer service again and left
