Food was equivalent to a good home cooked meal, not an “experience of cuisine”. Noticed some of the flare was missing from the dishes.
Advice: Hire a Sous Chef. Hire a professional server who knows how to sell. Profit will double.
Also take that awful looking freezer of wine out of the building.

Our visit to Papa Llama was a memorable experience worthy of the Michelin star accolade. Located in an unassuming strip mall, the space is intimate with only 8–10 tables and two seatings per night. The atmosphere is warm and personal, with Maria Ruiz leading the front of house and her husband, Chef Kevin Ruiz, running the open kitchen. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine hospitality and my wife was wished a cheerful happy birthday.

Just a note on the minor side: the price really is a bit too high for the ingredients used. I’m willing to pay for it but in the long term it may discourage some customers.
