Opened 1 hour late, burger was NOT COOKED and RAW. Bun was ICE COLD! That’s unacceptable. No apology or solution offered. Customer service is terrible. No other menu items available but RAW COLD burgers. Inconsistent. Don’t waste your time or money. If you don’t want any customers, just say that!

Burger was a mess not a big patty just a bunch of special sauce and cheese. No other sauces available no hot sauce. No napkins to clean up the mayonnaise mess.Do yourself a favor and don't eat here.
