Yo, Papi Smash Burger is on another level. The burger was incredible—so juicy, bun toasted just right, cheddar, lettuce, pickles, and that Mojo sauce? Cooked in Wagyu beef tallow (that’s the rich, buttery fat rendered from Wagyu beef, known for its flavor) which made every bite even better.

Quite possibly the best smash burgers we've ever eaten. We ordered the OG and the Papi Chulo. The sauces and the Martin's potato bun definitely made the burger. It was so good we ordered more to go. I can't attest to any late-night service, but we went on a Sunday afternoon and even then, they were busy.

The interior decor is fun and definitely worth posting on your social media. The place isn't too big but the way the tables and chairs are...

We were driving though Orlando and craving some burgers so we decided to give this place a try. The reviews are high and it makes sense because this place is absolutely delicious! The flavor on the burger was so good. The thing that really surprised me were these loaded fries that came with two burger patties and sauce. That was absolutely amazing and I thought it was even better than the burger. Highly recommend this spot because of the food and the vibes are great too. Cool...
