Food good staff polite and smiley , one small thing wrong asked for pepper waitress totally forgot otherwise totally recommend this restaurant x

The AC must have not been working. It was so hot in there. The appetizers were great (nachos and corn) But my fish tacos had no flavor. The batter had nothing cooked into them. I added all of the toppings and still very bland.

We were a party of 8 4 kids ages 2-7 , perfect fit , food was good, service amazing , noise level perfect being that we had the kids. Exactly what we were looking for

We stopped by here a year ago and the food was wonderful. This has definitely changed and the lack of business reflects that.

We had a great evening at Paradiso 37 at Disney Springs. From the moment we arrived, Loadja welcomed us warmly and ensured we were comfortably seated. Our server Hafid, was attentive and friendly.

We ordered the grilled chicken burger with pineapple and coleslaw, however it was spicy and a bit overcooked. The All-American Angus burger, was perfectly cooked and full of flavors. Both came with crispy fries served in fun mini baskets.

The restaurant has lively vibes, colorful décor, upbeat music, and a beautiful open layout. I wished to stay outdoors to enjoy the breezy seating overlooking the view of the Disney Springs energy but it was busy.

Kaylin was an excellent guide to our experience here at Paradiso 37. We were met with a great attitude along with excellent advice on what we were craving. She and all the staff were fantastic, extremely welcoming. Food and drinks were made with a lot of love. I highly recommend this spot and will be returning.

Poor quality food. Came here because we were starving at 9 PM in Disney springs and everything else was full or required a previous reservation. This was the only place without a line. Food was pricey for the poor quality; don’t recommend.

Very accommodating of our party of 9. Food selection was a nice variety for all to find something to their taste and servers were very attentive. We will go back and will recommend to others.

Just wanted a snack. Service was awful!

Food was overpriced for the taste. We had the Hawaiian ribs and the Colombian burger; the only good thing out of both dishes was the coleslaw. My kid had the cheese pizza, which he absolutely destroyed. For the price, it is better to go to one of the theme restaurants, which have better food and a better eating experience.

Service was great and quick, atmosphere was quite but nothing screaming disney, just your average overpriced restaurant.

I asked one of their employees why didn’t they wash their hands, right after using a stall in the restroom. He just laughed on the way out. I told him I saw his tag and I will inform the restaurant. He laughed again and said go ahead. So, here you go.
