Go elsewhere. Last minute reservation after Magic Kingdom day. Super disappointed at the quality of food. Ordered Lomo Saltado, rice & beans with roasted chicken. Rice was hard. Beef in Lomo saltado had a weird after taste. Table was sticky and bathrooms are gross and unkept.
Had reservations. The check in is a bit of a mess but after waiting about 30 min, they got us settled in. Server Eric was great and food was excellent.
Food is amazing!!!

Very average experience and found this place quite overpriced. Service was good, server was very friendly and attentive. (Hadid) but rice was stale and some food items were cold. Also, bathrooms were so outdated and dirty.
This place is super expensive and doesn’t meet the quality of what you get, the kids pizzas are 15$ for tiny pizzas with no sides and drinks are 5$ extra. I got the pulled pork sandwich and I had more pineapple than meat.. Shirley temples are 13$ (when the menu said 8$..) and they automatically add on 15% gratuities at the end ontop (we always tip but what the heak?) I spent 100$ for okay at best food. Super disappointed.
I ordered a burger and honestly it was below expectations.
The meat was dry, the bun was cold and a bit hard, and overall it lacked flavor. For $24, I expected a much better-quality burger, both in taste and preparation.
Disney Springs has many dining options, and at this price point the experience should be noticeably better. Unfortunately, this burger did not deliver the value or flavor one would reasonably expect.
I hope consistency and quality improve, because the setting has a lot of potential.

Service great but food not so great. Very expensive and Cajun chicken burger was hard. Food has no seasoning. Not worth the price. Also the kids meal $15 ridiculous

Great and knowledgeable server. Tasty food. Moderate noise level. Some tight spaces between sections of the restaurant. Price / value could be better. Bathrooms should be cleaned/stocked more frequently. Overall, 4 stars. Would consider returning if in Orlando again.
The food was amazing. We had a great time. Party of 12 and Drew was one amazing server, our drinks were always full and our food was delicious. We. Ame at 7pm on December 25th. It was so packed and the service was superb. Also NO NUTS!!! And gluten free options.

We ordered the Colombian burger and it was terrible, nothing special about it, and the meat was completely burnt. The grilled chicken was okay.
An Unforgettable Christmas at Paradiso 37 – Outstanding Service & Cocktails!
Spending Christmas Day at Disney Springs could not have been more perfect, thanks to the incredible experience we had at Paradiso 37. From the moment we sat at the bar, the energy, professionalism, and hospitality were absolutely top-tier.
We enjoyed Kokomos shots and drinks that were expertly crafted and full of flavor—easily some of the best cocktails we’ve had on property. What truly made the experience spectacular, though, were the bartenders Klaus and Augustin. These two were phenomenal. Their attention to detail, friendly personalities, and genuine care for every guest at the bar stood out immediately, especially on such a busy holiday.
Despite the Christmas Day crowd, Klaus and Augustin handled everything with ease, keeping the atmosphere fun, festive, and welcoming while delivering fast, high-quality service to everyone. They made every patron feel seen and appreciated, which is no small feat on a holiday.
Paradiso 37 delivered not just great drinks, but an exceptional experience driven by outstanding service. Huge kudos to Klaus and Augustin for making our Christmas memorable—we’ll absolutely be back and will be recommending this spot to everyone we know!

Please don't waste your time and money. Food portions are small and expensive. I ordered a half-roasted chicken and specifically asked for juicy chicken; however, my chicken was dry. According to our server, the tacos are big and in fact not big enough for an adult. For $29, you get three small tacos. The front check-in ladies are rude; they are essentially doing you a favor by finding you a seat in the restaurant. My wife ordered flan, a dessert that was $14, and when the server brought the flan, I couldn't stop laughing because it was as big as a fun-size chocolate bar. This restaurant is a complete rip-off
