I'm just a vendor tor this company. But Dixie and Bruce treated me like I was a friend from years ago. great food great drink great people thank you for your hospitality.I forgot what the drink is called but it is extremely good. it tastes like a Virgin pina Colada
The lady inside was very nice but the cakes and macaroons where not fresh, purchased coconut cake to go and it was hard as a brick ? the pho was okay but not authentic
I got the number 6 chicken with spicy slaw baguette and a Vietnamese coffee that tasted like toasted marshmallow iced coffee in a slender cup perfect for the car cup holder. The quality is perfect, crisp veggies and fresh herbs (i mean fresh, fresh). And the baguette must have been made within the hour because it was delicately crusty and still soft on the inside. What an interesting mix of French and Vietnamese.
The taro boba was very powdery and the tapioca/pearl boba was old (stuck together and hard). The Vietnamese coffee was really good, but for the price I would rather go somewhere that's consistent. The place was clean and the staff was friendly.
Cute little shop. It’s a bit pricey but good for a once-in-a-while snack. I got a 5-pack of macarons and banana boba drink to share with my hubby.
I ordered a Thai milk Tea and a winter melon flavored tea and my Thai tea was very grainy. Like it felt like it had sand in it. My winter melon tea didn’t taste like wintermelon at all. Also, their boba does not fit into the straw so it was impossible to drink. We threw them away and went somewhere else.
I used to live by the Thinh Anh over in Tampa and I always try to stop by here when I'm in Orlando for work. My usual go-to is a #7, banh mi and either just a plain tea or coconut milk tea. I normally like my subs cold, but the baguettes are regrettably not fresh enough to be satisfying cold. This is not the case when they are heated through, which I recommend for most people. The lady that works there is very friendly and professional, and she makes the food very well. I will need to stop in and try some of their pho because if it is even remotely near the quality of their flagship store, it is absolutely to die for.
The place rebranded into the very popular one down in Tampa, however it did not meet my expectations at all. Bread was practically stale and brittle, and the tofu was spoiled/gone sour. One bite and my dad had to spit it out. The meat and veggies were good but bad bread is the sandwich’s main downfall. The girl who was working there was very sweet, and I believe she did her best to make the sandwich as good as she could with what she had.
Banh mi is pretty good but the boba is always very watered down and beef pho is not good. Staff is super nice tho.
My boyfriend and I frequent this place for their great coffee and sandwiches. Dixiana takes awesome care of us every time we come in and makes the perfect Vietnamese coffee and sandwiches we’ve ever had. 5/5!

Awesome service. The young man in the front was super nice, recommended wintermelon to me and now it is a new favorite.
We're regulars for the boba here but Dixie and the owner insisted on us trying the macaroons and normally we shy away from them because we're not huge fans, but they were so tasty! The perfect texture, soft on the inside and a nice crisp on the outside and extremely flavorful, we got coconut and raspberry, 15/10 our favorite spot for boba and now for macaroons!
Best Boba tea/smoothies in the area and great service.I was worried when I showed up about 10 minutes before closing but the employee, Long, assured me it was alright and proceeded to provide the best customer service I've had in a long time.Got a Boba smoothie flavor that he recommended and it was delicious. Also tried "Crystal" Boba on their menu which was also new to me, but very tasty. Not to mention I found the price very reasonable for what I got.Overall, the best Boba place I've found in Central Florida so far, after going to and disliking nearly 6 others in the Orlando area.I'll be coming back regularly.
Amazing desserts and even better Bahn Mi. This is the best sandwich/Boba Cafe in Central Florida. Hardly ever wait for my food and the workers always have a smile. Shoutout to Long, he makes the best sandwiches and smoothies and is the one whose responsible for five stars! ??
My favorite Boba Tea Cafe!! The wintermelon smoothie with chewy boba is so good. Their sandwiches are good too. I come here sometimes once every week or two. I used to rarely get boba tea but now I'm obsessed!
