I really wanted to love this. I support local businesses and I love a great donut. Having said that, it was a disappointment experience all around. I ordered pick up and the order wasn't ready. Which is a problem because I had to get back to work, I don't have time to waste. Then I noticed the filling in the back and Knew immediately it was not gonna be a from scratch place. They have an amazing dough, as a pastry chef I respect that, but they didn't take it a step further by making the fillings from scratch and competing with places like The salty donut, my usual place, and instead you get the same crap you find everywhere else, like Dunkin donuts or Tim Hortons. One and done for me, I'll stick with The salty Donut or The glass Knife. They do offer a $5 dollar coupon when you sign up, which I used, so give it a try for yourself if you're looking for an average good donut. P.S. to the business... is not hard to do an apple compote, or a pastry cream filling or a chocolate dipping sauce. That chocolate dipping sauce is terrible.

There's so many flavors to choose from, including seasonal ones. They have keto friendly, gluten-friendly and vegan doughnuts too. There's a ton of flavors you can add to coffee. Patient, kind and quick employees and a good amount of parking. I'm glad I gave this place a try. I love trying new doughnut places and I'll be back.

Amazing donuts paired with friendly service and great coffee.
Placed my order online 10:58am, two doughnuts. Arrived at 11:05am pickup time. Stood at pickup area for 25 minutes along with a couple others waiting, all while the 2 front of house employees would walk around us in silence. Seemed the employees had no communication with each other either to handle the long wait (honestly the store was not even very busy, 4-6 people in line to order, several sitting down eating, I’ve seen it way busier and it handled very well in the past). Around 11:30 someone from the back came out to hand out an order for someone else. I said I am waiting on an order for “Joey” and he went and grabbed 2 doughnuts put them in a box for me and handed them to me all within 10 seconds…. He at least said sorry for the wait. It seems this wait time was very unreasonable and that the employees were not very good at communicating with customers, amongst themselves, or working with each other to handle the workflow. It was a frustrating experience for me and others, as others in line started to ask me if I’ve even been acknowledged yet. Kind of embarrassing.

My Job got us these donuts and they were amazing. I’ve never had such amazing donuts in my entire life but I live in St. Cloud so today Sunday I decided to place an order and come pick it up all the way from SoundCloud. It’s a 35 minute drive but they are that good. I did it through the app and it gave me the option for drive-through pick up. I have a son with a disability. He’s six years old and can’t walk so I was expecting to come go through the drive-through and get my donuts but come to find out when I get here that there’s no drive-through so I was a bit disappointed. I almost drove back home, but I said let me call them and see if they can do me the favor. I didn’t even have to ask. She apologized about the wrong description on the website and brought it outside to the parking lot for me. Amazing service amazing donuts, beautiful place. That’s the only thing I would say to update the website because for any other person you can just walk in and get the food that you ordered but in my case with My Son with the disability, it’s literally impossible. I definitely recommend this place.

This was our first visit to Parlor Doughnuts and we will definitely be back! The service was exceptional and so helpful in accommodating our request for a gluten-friendly option. We ordered a Sunday Beach, five minis, and a gluten-friendly Carnival — everything was delicious. We’re so excited to have found a place that offers gluten-friendly treats for our child!

Found this place on the maps and i have been wanting to try! They dont have acai unfortunately so I got the next best thing which was Avacado toast. It was a 10/10 the toast had A LOT OF avacado and it tasted SO FRESH! Now the donuts mmmmmm TOO GOOD!!! Will be coming back
