The doughnuts in the picture are now what Is for sale they look like croissants with icing and they wont tell you what they are made if (yeast cake etc) which is extra off putting
I ended up just getting a sandwich cause I don't want a croissant looking doughnut and coffee and after waiting at least 15 minutes after received my sandwich the girl went oh im ao sorry I forgot about your coffee want a free doughnut? Like girl I drove 40 minutes to try a doughnut and still chose not to buy one why do you think id want a free one
Needs more employees 1 girl working the front over 15 minutes per order.

I’ve traveled all over the world, and I can confidently say these were some of the best doughnuts I’ve ever had. The quality, flavor, and freshness were absolutely top-tier. Truly exceptional.
That said, our experience with customer service was disappointing. I promised my wife that once she was feeling well enough, we would finally make the trip to Parlor. This visit meant something to us. Unfortunately, our interaction with the staff left her feeling sad, which in turn was frustrating for me.
I still left a $20 tip because I remember being young and working service jobs, I understand how hard it can be. But I would gently encourage the team to remember that your reach is not just local, it’s international because of social media. You never know how far someone has traveled, or what it took for them to walk through your doors. A simple interaction can either elevate the product or overshadow it.
The doughnuts were unforgettable. I just hope the customer experience can match the quality of what you’re serving.

We came from Lake Nona to visit parlor doughnuts, customer service is awful! We could have went anywhere and chose to come here; big mistake! Once we entered the store we weren’t greeted, I had to say good morning multiple times and I felt like we shouldn’t have been there! Maybe if we looked different or were not first timers it would have been a different experience. I will never know because we will not be coming back due to the horrible service.

OMG! Take a croissant and a doughnut - the two most decadent baked goods of all time...! Absolutely the BEST I've ever tasted! Hopefully no one puts an entire box in front of you - you won't be able to stop!!!
Manager was rude and I saw ants running around

We called a few donut shops because we have allergies to eggs and gluten. When I called Parlor I had them on speaker and they verified quickly they did have egg free and gluten options, so both myself and my wife heard them confirm. We drove 30 mins to get there only to find out at the front counter they do not have egg free or gluten free options. Why would they flat out lie to us on the phone? This isn’t a preference we flat out can’t eat eggs or gluten. Here is your review for wasting our families time.

I want to start this review by saying that I showed up 5-10 minutes early for a pickup order and had little to no expectation that it would be ready right away. However, I am extremely disappointed to say that I waited 30 minutes for donuts.
When I walked into the building, I was greeted nicely. I told the young lady at the counter that I had a pickup order, and she said okay. We exchanged a few words, and then I went to sit in the seating area — for 30 MINUTES. At first I gave them some grace because I thought maybe they were making the donuts fresh. However, that was not the case.
After about 25 minutes, I got up to check on my order, and it was clear they had forgotten about me because.... two minutes later, I was walking out the door with my donuts.
Why even place an online order if you still have to wait 25+ minutes after the scheduled pickup time???? I received an apology or two, but “sorry” doesn’t give me that half hour back. This review would be a one star however the people running the place were friendly.
The Donuts were not my favorite type (the batter), but they were still very good.
Would recommend, alot of options.

This is the best donut shop I've ever been to. The best donuts I've ever had, great breakfast tacos and lots of coffee options too. Parking can be a little bit difficult during peak times but otherwise this place is great.

The donuts are so good and not overwhelmingly sweet. They had a large selection of flavors and all of it looked so delicious, I chose the raspberry pistachio and the turtle cheesecake donuts. The employee that helped us was really kind and patient as well!!
The only downside was that it was a little dirty, there seemed to be several cobwebs in the corner by our table.
