Calamari was like chewing on rubber bands The chopped salad was not good. Neither were the 2 house vinaigrettes. Both seafood raviolis for the table were at room temperature at best. It's just wasn't that good for $$$

the attention is terrible; It was very hot and when discussing it with the manager, he only said that only one air conditioner was working and that if we had any complaints we would make it through this means (it is not a response from a manager) I will not go to this restaurant again

Service was terrible. It looked like they were running a skeleton crew with barely enough to open the place. The food was good but the portions for the price were also terrible. Avoid

We didn't have a good dining experience. Kept telling our server that I was allergic to lemon and he kept putting lemon on my tea drink. The calamari was awful!! It was super chewy and it seems that the calamari had been frozen for a long time that has the freezer burned look. We asked for another bread and didn't get another one. Got our entrees but was cold since it took forever to get it to our table.

I had not been to Macaroni Grill in a while. We remembered as excellent but not this time. The food taste very bland. My aunt had the trio and the chicken Parmesan taste like frozen chicken. They serve big dishes but the food/pasta was not tasty. My mom had the salmon one of the high price dishes and the salmon was dried and burned. Our serve was ok too, the restaurant was empty we were honestly the only party and we had to continuously call him as we need it diff things, he was not attentive at all.

Our dinner was kind of a hot mess. Our server was all over the place and even though the restaurant was pretty much empty, service was not great. He was overly friendly, and even though the food was good, the overall experience was not enjoyable. The server also tried to upsell a shot on a cocktail that we had ordered, saying that the cocktail contains very little alcohol. which did not make any sense. At this point the manager came over and explained this was not the case. We were celebrating a birthday and brought in our own cake, and after it was brought to the table and we sang, plates and forks were not delivered for a while for us to eat the cake.

We went to the Macaroni Grill for a quick bite after a day at the pool. The restaurant was quite empty, but they have a back room where a wedding reception was taking place. Our server was very pleasant . I had penne pasta dish and my husband had the lasagna. I also added on a Caesar salad. The food was OK as was the salad. Our reservation was at 7:15. We were surprised that it became more busy around 8:00. I would go back, the price is right and the food is OK

Waiter was very good and polite. Manager came over to answer questions regarding a food allergy and was not well informed and generally quite unhelpful. Disappointing experience and would not return.

2 of 5 meals were less than proper temperature when served. Restaurant for 7pm reservation was 1/4 occupied but it took 1 hr for meals to arrive. Overall we've been to other RMG to enjoy much better dining exp than last night.

Customer service is key in the service industry - our visit lacked big time. Felt like the table of forgotten souls and the restaurant was not even at 25% capacity. We had a reservation to boot. Nonexistent service, asking 3 times for the additional wine glasses, appetizers for one couple 10 minutes before the other couple and when enquiry made told, its coming. No offering cheese or pepper (the server from an adjacent lot of tables kindly obliged - two of the entrees were stone cold and needed to go back, a third did not have the indicated side (said pasta, sent rice). The topper was when the server recommended at 25% tip when the bill came. First time at the chain and the last. Will go back to our regular Olive Garden.

Once I ordered, the bread was placed in front of me within minutes. Two bites into the bread the salad was served. Three forkful of salads in and the entree was served.. About halfway thru the entree the dessert tray was presented. I replied not yet, and minutes later the check was placed on the table ! And the entree was still unfinished. It's not like I was engaged in conversation as I was solo. Way too quick. And the place was relatively empty so did not see the rush. All this being said, the bread was good, the Cesar salad was ok, but the lasagna lacked cheese and was very mushy. Also could have been a bit hotter, but that may have been from sitting while I finished my salad. Many other (presumably better) options available at same intersection.

There are so few of these left in NJ that I was looking forward to dining here at the Orlando restaurant. It was very good and much as I remembered it. You can still draw on the paper tablecloth:)

Food undercooked and not hot, no fresh cheese offered, waiter had to be reminded to coke take our drink order, check took forever. Overall terrible food and experience. Not worth the money.
