The place is very uncomfortable for parking and ugly. There were a lot of bad looking people collecting their orders from other restaurants. And the cupcakes were overcooked.

I placed the order the day before. I picked up without problem, very fast and very good service, they really surprised me with the flavor. They were at the golden point. The tartar sauce is amazing, thank you very much!

Recently, I decided to order online from Pastelitos Chips. However, the experience was quite discouraging. Upon arriving at the establishment, I called to report that I was in the lobby and was told that my order would be ready in 5 minutes. After waiting patiently for 40 minutes, I watched as people who came to the store and placed orders on the spot were served immediately and their orders were delivered before mine. This situation left me bewildered and frustrated. The lack of priority for online orders is evident and creates an unfavorable experience for those of us who rely on this service. I hope the establishment takes steps to improve efficiency and fairness in serving its online customers.I definitely wouldn't go back.

1 star is a lot...The service is terrible. The worst of the worst, you arrive at the place and everything on the menu screen says closed and that it opens at 8am and it is 9am and closed...You can shout and call that no one is going to come out …after your order is ready and someone goes down to get it. There is no one who can deliver it to you, you have to wait too long for someone to come out.and deliver your order...it's always like that...
