We were looking for a different kind of donut shop from the really popular national chain that everyone knows about. Being from Texas, where there seems to be a donut shop on nearly every corner, we knew it would be a little different. We hadn’t ever heard of Pattie Lou’s before so we gave it a try. A Five Star indeed for top 5 Donuts I’ve ever had……..anddddd I’ve had many. LolThe donuts are frosted, topped fresh while you wait, the people serving are always kind, and with a smile. You can tell in the recipes, the ingredients are fresh, and home made.I got a Nutella frosted with white chocolate curls.Let me tell you, I had to stop myself from eating the rest of the half dozen I purchased.Will return for a cheat snack for sure. ??
