We were looking for a different kind of donut shop from the really popular national chain that everyone knows about. Being from Texas, where there seems to be a donut shop on nearly every corner, we knew it would be a little different. We hadn’t ever heard of Pattie Lou’s before so we gave it a try. We were blown away when we could completely customize our donuts however we wanted! They have some menu items with certain toppings (like a sandwich shop) but we wanted the full experience. Each donut is $3 but you can get half a dozen for $15. Their toppings are amazing—from glazes to cereals to nuts and chocolates—even a peanut butter cup—even bacon bits—you’ll find something to love. We were so excited to eat our donuts that we forgot to take some pictures.
Because it is downtown, you’ll have to contend with parking

This place is literally never open when it says it is. And the slight chance that it is open they run out of donuts. I’ve probably drove here 4-5 times during the hours they say they are open and they clearly are not. The donuts are good whenever I get the chance to actually get them

Showed up at 11:35am on a Tuesday and although the neon "open" sign was on, the door was locked and there was nobody inside.

No printed receipt available, only text or email. $3 for a miniature sized donut totally not worth it. Plain donut was very greasy. Nothing special here. Toppings sitting out in the open, no covering, just like in Subway restaurants, Publix Deli, etc. This place is classified as a Bakery, thus will not earn bonus reward points.

A Five Star indeed for top 5 Donuts I’ve ever had……..anddddd I’ve had many. LolThe donuts are frosted, topped fresh while you wait, the people serving are always kind, and with a smile. You can tell in the recipes, the ingredients are fresh, and home made.I got a Nutella frosted with white chocolate curls.Let me tell you, I had to stop myself from eating the rest of the half dozen I purchased.Will return for a cheat snack for sure. ??
Parking: Really no street parking available usually, located in the heart of Downtown Orlando, most of their patrons are foot traffic.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of wheelchair accessibility.

From out of town and decided to come here. About eight of us were standing outside and the open sign light is on and the signs are placed outside of the building. No one is there and the door is locked. I got here about thirty minutes ago and decided to walk a little and then come back around. The first time a group of people left and the same thing happened the second time. We all tried calling the number to no avail and I also sent a DM on instagram to no avail. What a disappointment and a waste of my time. They could have at least put a sign out saying they would be back or something.
I came 2 days in a row to get donuts and was told that someone had brought all of them for the day. I wish they would let people know that they’ve sold out for the day. I will find somewhere else to buy from.
