Pretty basic chicken spot. I tried their spicy deluxe sandwich. It was alright, it wasnt spicy at all. I am not expecting ghost pepper level spice to the point i need to dive into a 5ft pool of lemonade or milk but least give it some kick to it like how Popeyes or McDonald's has with theirs. The plain waffle fries were comparable to chick fil a pretty bland and dry, they did give me a whole basket of fries which portions were nice. I'll come back to try their tenders to compare it to Zaxby's or Raising Cane's . Perhaps that's where they excel at. I really disliked the self checkout it was a little confusing at first to navigate to proceed to checkout (after playing around with the touch screen I learned) because you have to click on each part of the menu items to modify it. Another customer looked just as confused as me and he needed a staff member to help them.

Staff was friendly and prompt. Food was hot and fresh. Tenders tasted great and fries were extra crispy pike we asked. The place was nice and clean and someone was going around cleaning tables once people left. Overall a great experience

Freshness, quality, temperature of food and portions are always a 10. I’m in love with the taste of food and the sauces, PDQ sauce is my favorite. Thanks for the experience and customer service always on point.

Horrible experience. All I ordered was a Sandwich and a lemonade [15$ btw] They were not busy and I waited over 25 minutes in the parking lot. My chicken was raw, but I spent my whole lunch break waiting . I didn't have enough time to drive back. NEVER coming back here again. All my PDQ experiences have been great minus this one.

We went thru the drive thru and no one attended. Then we drove up to both windows and again no one there. Online shows it's open until 10pm. We showed up at not even 3pm

I have not been to PDQ in a long time. I usually go to Chick-Fil-A, but PDQ was just convenient at the time. I went through drive thru and ordered a classic chicken combo with waffle fries for $12.20. First of all, fries were cold, dry, and tasteless. There was no salt. Chicken sandwich was also tasteless. Furthermore, I don’t understand why you can get free refills when you dine in, but not with drive thru. I feel like I wasted $12.20. I will stick with Chick-Fil-A from now on.

Food is great, don't get me wrong. But EVERY time I go thru the drive-thru, I have to park in one of the mobile.order spots and wait for food. What good is the drive thru if you can't get food and go.
