You cannot redeem PDQ points at this location. I had a code for free additional chicken tenders with my purchase and no staff knew what I was talking about even when I showed my PDQ app with coupon code. I was not alone during half-time of the Magic game they advertised saying "redeem your points today" and they refused to honor them. Definitely not going out way to continue giving my business who doesn't honor the rewards system they created. The chicken is great but the disdain of customer service spoils the taste in our families' mouth.
