DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Pearsons catering might meet their customers expectations but behind doors they treat their employees inhumane, they schedule employees long hours of work and expect you to work all day with no break or meals literally NOT even 15 min to eat a snack, it’s always go go go on your feet they don’t even share their extra food out of courtesy with their cooks/employees when available, they just freeze everything for future use.

We had the BEST tasting with Linda and the rest of the Pearson’s Catering team. They are the consummate professionals and made us feel incredibly welcome. My dad was an executive chef for some major hotel chains and my mom was a caterer, so they have very high standards which Pearson’s Catering easily exceeded. Once again Kim and her team at Pearson’s Catering out did themselves to make our event a success. The members of the team are great, they pay attention to detail, are kind and helpful. The food was fabulous and something for everyone. Kim even specially planned the menu to go with our Texas meets Florida team, with their signature brisket, some Florida seafood, “gator hush puppies” and BBQ parfaits! Kudos to Pearson’s Catering
