We have used Pearson's Catering many times in the past for several different events at Nautique Boat Company. However, last week I used them for a large retirement ceremony (after 43 years) for one of my co-workers and Pearson's absolutely hit it out of the park! Rico was excellent in handling my stress as my attendee numbers kept increasing up to just a couple of days prior to the event. The menu that I ordered was excellent and everyone raved about the quality and the taste (even the naysayers liked it). The decor for their table matched mine that I had set up for the retirement and it looked highly professional. They showed up on time and most of all the communication was excellent! I look forward to using Pearson's again in the future!

Thank you! As a vegetarian it is rare to get such amazing veggie meals, especially with a large catering event. All four days of vegan meals were delicious, filling, and flavorful. Such a nice surprise to have pearls couscous stuffed bell pepper with red sauce on a bed of spinach trackside in 100° weather. And the salad the day before with the hummus - I would order that from a restaurant. Thank you so much for actually taking the time and effort with the veggie options.

We selected Pearson's for our company's buffet lunch and we're so thankful we did! Dan, Grace and the service team were all wonderful to work with. Grace helped to coordinate the napkins, linens and service items with our gold and blue decor and the tables looked beautiful. She is on top of everything and her calm and pleasant demeanor was so professional! The food was hot, delicious and well presented. Don't hesitate to book your next event with them.

Pearson’s Catering made our wedding so memorable! The food was amazing and everyone gave so many compliments. Even a couple of our veryyy picky friends left the wedding stuffed.There were so many options to choose from and I am glad we settled on bbq.I appreciate the special attention to my garlic allergy and my friends gluten allergy as We were able to totally enjoy the day and eat great food.

We ordered lunch for 30 and everyone raved about how delicious the sandwiches and salads were! We were very pleased with the ordering process delivery and food quality. We definitely recommend!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Pearsons catering might meet their customers expectations but behind doors they treat their employees inhumane, they schedule employees long hours of work and expect you to work all day with no break or meals literally NOT even 15 min to eat a snack, it’s always go go go on your feet they don’t even share their extra food out of courtesy with their cooks/employees when available, they just freeze everything for future use.
This business is unorganized, their storage is a dusty mess, they are all about the money and stretching/watering down their food as much as possible. The owner Kim is bipolar and micromanages everything including what her husband does, she often yells in the work space to everyone for minuscule reasons making it an extremely toxic place to work. Do not support businesses that operate with such poor work ethic, these people has horrible family values. Do yourself a favor and cater elsewhere.

Pearson's catered my daughter's bridal shower at a private residence. Jason and Matthew were our servers for the evening. The food was fabulous and Jason and Matthew were awesome. They set everything up - including decorations; kept all dishes fresh and refilled; and cleaned up where you would never know we had a house full of guests. I highly recommend Pearson's Catering!
