I ordered a lunch for 20 people and everything was fantastic! The chicken topped with tomatoes was delicious. The pasta primavera was well received. The cookies were still warm from the oven. Excellent communication from ordering through delivery. I will order from Pearson’s again.

We’ve used Pearson’s Catering for the past few years to cater our firm’s Thanksgiving lunch, and they have been incredible every time! The food is absolutely delicious, the service is always on time, and communication is excellent from start to finish.
This year, the chef went above and beyond when we asked about certain ingredients due to employee allergies. They took it upon themselves to make individual portions of specific dishes without the allergens — such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to our team.
Everything looked and tasted wonderful. Unfortunately, the food smelled so amazing that we were all distracted and forgot to take photos of the setup — other than a photo of the made-from-scratch desserts!
We can’t recommend Pearson’s Catering enough for anyone looking for fantastic food and exceptional service!

We have used Pearson's Catering many times in the past for several different events at Nautique Boat Company. However, last week I used them for a large retirement ceremony (after 43 years) for one of my co-workers and Pearson's absolutely hit it out of the park! Rico was excellent in handling my stress as my attendee numbers kept increasing up to just a couple of days prior to the event. The menu that I ordered was excellent and everyone raved about the quality and the taste (even the naysayers liked it). The decor for their table matched mine that I had set up for the retirement and it looked highly professional. They showed up on time and most of all the communication was excellent! I look forward to using Pearson's again in the future!

Thank you! As a vegetarian it is rare to get such amazing veggie meals, especially with a large catering event. All four days of vegan meals were delicious, filling, and flavorful. Such a nice surprise to have pearls couscous stuffed bell pepper with red sauce on a bed of spinach trackside in 100° weather. And the salad the day before with the hummus - I would order that from a restaurant. Thank you so much for actually taking the time and effort with the veggie options.
