Understandable it was Christmas, so the 30 minute wait was to be expected. But 10 minutes to get a menu and 20 minutes after to get a soda. Once our order was in, we then proceeded to wait about 40 minutes for our food to arrive. Overall it left us feeling ignored by our server. Parts of our order were never received. I just had to ask for them when we were paying or asked them to be removed from the bill.
The chicken tenders that I ordered where really good. However, the service was very lacking. I understand that is Christmas, but it took me over an hour just to be able to eat chicken tenders and have a Coke and get the bill. Little speediness would’ve helped. Not even speediness just a normal amount of speed and care.
What amazing team of folks; caring, friendly and timely. From the welcome by a funny tall gentleman to our server Yiliana and all the rest it was a great experience for breakfast at a reasonable price (check the 55+ menu). Fluffy delicious pancakes, good quality eggs, sausages, bacon and hash browns. Clean place with huge parking in a ver centric area. What an awesome return to Perkins. We will be back!
