Why is this restaurant and others in this plaza closed? Looks like construction is going on but allll restaurants are closed which is weird.

Been going here, whilst on vacation from the UK, once every 2-3 years for last 23 years. Heard that it is now closed (Aug 21)- very sad. massive part of our vacation this place, breakfast before the parks, dinner before parks in the evening etc. Some staff were there for years. Don't know who sees this but 'THANK YOU' for the memories and I wish the staff the best of wishes.

We ate here because we used to have one at home, and it was good. The food was OK, but the waitress was not. It took a bit to get drink orders in, and then waited on our food. Food was decent, but our waitress handed a hot plate to our daughter with zero warning it was hot. We never got syrup and had to ask another table (who was leaving) for theirs. We weren't told "Thanks for coming!" "Have a nice day!" nothing. We were thrown our ticket and she left. We watched another table pay for their meal at the front and followed. We were asked if our kids got their cookies, and we weren't asked if they wanted one. We declined, as we have a rental car and didn't want food in the car. I highly doubt we would go back.

Ask for Melodi to be your server! Knows her stuff, knows her menu, knows when to chat and when to check in. Food was also wonderful. We had mini chicken pot pie & salad, and tilapia. All delicious. Served quickly and hot. Of course, had dessert. Excellent lemon meringue pie and a brownie fudge sundae. Yummy! Perfect place to avoid/escape Disney Springs crowds and prices.

I've been here twice and the service has always been excellent. Today the server (Danielle) was super nice and made the whole experience so pleasant for my family. Food was delicious! Definitely will be coming back!

Took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge our group to be seated. After they finally being approached, we were told there were only 1 server so it'd be a 25min more until they could seat us. I understand that restaurants are short staffed but I do mind waiting so long to even be acknowledged. It was a huge waste of time.

Absolutely amazing food. The breakfast is amazing. I used to go here at 2am and loved it.Also has the biggest American flag you’ll ever see.

Food was great no problems there. My only problem with this location is, the server I had. He forgot me and only remembered me after I had to flag him down. This was after seeing two other families being sat and served after I had sat and my order taken.
Do yourself and your family a favor. DO NOT COME HERE. I should have known it was going to be a disaster when it took nearly 5 minutes for a host to seat us.. after that, after 10 minutes the waiter comes and drops off menues and silver ware. Doesn't even take drink orders and walks off. Doesnt come back for 20 minutes! We get up from the table to walk out and while we're walking out has the nerve to ask if we're ready to order! This place and the staff are a joke.

I can say, super friendly greeter and the staff are friendly too. Ordered "The Friendly" omelet with hashbrown. Definitely taste great and doesn't taste greasy. Their menu looks similar to Denny's. But Perkin's food doesn't make it feel like greasy fill lolBut overall, for tastes great and service interaction is on point

I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes trying to be sat there’s not one person in the restaurant to help there’s one cook one server people are waiting to place orders to go no one is acknowledging anyone at the front it is 10:42 PM on a Thursday night where is your help this is unacceptable I just drove two days to get here normally this place is really good but I’m not satisfied right now

When we came into the restaurant it was quite busy; they just had a party of 25 sit. Lori made us feel well taken care of, she gave us quick and friendly service (which is just what we were hoping for). The food was good, but Lori was great!
