If you're familiar with Chuan lu garden from down the street this is the new location. They have the same menu we all loved. Its Peter's Kitchen/Chuan lu garden. Please support. The food is delicious. Lazi eggplant and tofu is very good and also the tofu hotpot.

Stopped in off hours and there was only one other party in there. Ex-fast food real estate. Very bright cafeteria-like vibe and I would expect it’s loud when there are customers. We carried out. Food was decent.

An authentic dimsum place with a dimsum cart. Food was good. We went for lunch on Sunday and there was no wait.

However, the service needs some improvement. The male waiter ignored us when we walked in. It makes the vibe very unwelcoming. He wasn’t our server, but as we were leaving, we said thank you to him as well, and he just ignored it. The female waitress was nice though.

I ordered from this place on Uber eats. I'm not sure if it's because I got a couple Bogo specials, but the crab wontons I got were pathetic. They obviously tried to save money on the filling and put literally a teaspoon or so inside. It was mostly just crunchy wrapper that I peeled away.
Not to mention I ordered four soups and they didn't include a single bag of the little crunchy strips that everybody knows egg drop soup must be served with! Lol
It was obvious they were trying to skim to save money.

THE BEST CHINESE RESTAURANT!!

I went for my birthday, Linda and Wei were amazing with us! Linda spoke Spanish to help my parents to understand and Wei was attentive. They make our experience amazing, extremely kind and incredible ladies<3 also, the food was incredibly delicious, we enjoyed everything. I would totally comeback to this place. I used to order delivery but i prefer to eat inside. The best food and customer service!!! Very happy birthday ✨

It's one thing to have creative differences and then there's just bad faith in dishing out leftovers from a few days ago or even possibly the previous week. Unfortunately this place falls under the latter. It's just objectively bad.

I understand that this is not a high volume restaurant and the dim sum could be in the cart for 2 or even 3 hours, but with that taken into consideration, the only plausible explanation is that it was even older. We came at opening. Meaning that anything that wasn't fresh could only be attributed to the day before, and in our case some of it seeming much older.

The condition the chicken feet came in can only be explained by having been re-steamed after having been made and frozen from the previous week.

Anything that the waiters pushed was a sure fire indication that the food was going bad. So not only was the kitchen and ownership willing to put out bad food, the waiters were actively pushing the oldest dishes.

I can tolerate inexperience or honest mistakes. I can't tolerate malicious intent. I advise people to stay way.

One of the reviewers said that if you are looking for NYC dim sum, that this is not the place. He is correct. However the reviewer goes on to say this place is better than most in NYC. This place couldn't compete with even the worst NYC has to offer.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Waiters push food on to you that is old. We were recommended the green beans as one of their best dishes, but after coming out, it became clear they pushed it because they were going bad. The chicken feet given to us looked and tasted like jerky. A half decent person would be too embarrassed to have given that to a customer in the state it came in. This wasn't the only dish that came out dry, just the one that looked like it had literally been mummified.

Our har gow came with literal cardboard on it. No doubt peeled from the frost burn from the har gow stuck to the probable costco box it came from.

If this place is considered one of the best dim sum places Orlando has to offer, it'd be more honest to just say Orlando has no dim sum.
